Room 401. The TV sound was intermittent. The shower head was covered in moss. The shower head sometimes worked, sometimes not. The bed frame was noisy and uncomfortable to sleep on. Lots of stains. There were flies in the dining area. Hopefully, the next room will be better.

It's comfortable, cool, and has a nice bathtub with warm water. The TV also supports YouTube and is great for kids to spend quality time without fuss. It's a shame the view doesn't have a balcony, as I didn't book the one with a private pool and balcony.

The room AC is hot! Call the officer, when checked, he said the freon was out. It has been filled, but the room AC is still hot. It makes the afternoon hot and humid, the rest is good and comfortable. Please maintain things like that so that guests remain safe and comfortable during their staycation! Even though the hotel atmosphere is good, comfortable, green, and has lots of trees.
