The hotel service was terrible. I booked two deluxe rooms and an extra bed for my room. I paid for it, but the extra bed wasn't delivered until check-out. I had called reception twice that night, but it still hadn't arrived.
The food at the hotel was also terrible.
The quality of the Swissbell Hotel has declined drastically. It's embarrassing and disappointing!

Everything is ok. I was just disappointed that when I checked in, my cellphone charger that I forgot on the counter wasn't returned to me, and there was no attempt to check the CCTV. I didn't send a WhatsApp confirmation to the receptionist about the missing fax form. The staff's attitude needs to be improved.

The hotel service was terrible. I booked two deluxe rooms and an extra bed for my room. I paid for it, but the extra bed wasn't delivered until check-out. I had called reception twice that night, but it still hadn't arrived.
The food at the hotel was also terrible.
The quality of the Swissbell Hotel has declined drastically. It's embarrassing and disappointing!

Everything is ok. I was just disappointed that when I checked in, my cellphone charger that I forgot on the counter wasn't returned to me, and there was no attempt to check the CCTV. I didn't send a WhatsApp confirmation to the receptionist about the missing fax form. The staff's attitude needs to be improved.
