As for the ambiance and cleanliness of the room, well...
but, the wifi doesn't work, the water heater doesn't work...can you imagine how cold it is in Lembang but you have to shower with cold water, I want to tell the receptionist, but every time I go downstairs the reception desk is always empty, so I don't know who to complain to.

I was very satisfied with my stay at Hotel Teras Lembang Syariah. Its strategic location, close to various tourist attractions in Lembang, yet the atmosphere remains calm and comfortable.
The room was very clean, the interior simple but neat, and the amenities quite complete for the affordable price. The hotel staff was also friendly, helpful, and their service truly made guests feel valued.
The sharia-compliant concept also made my family and I feel calmer and more comfortable during our stay. The hotel environment is beautiful, and the cool air typical of Lembang is perfect for a relaxing family getaway.

The experience when staying here was initially a bit worried about the fairly affordable price of the room and what kind of facilities would I get. Because I had a bad experience in cheap lodgings. But it turned out to be a very comfortable room, the location is also strategic. But what was amazed was the comfortable room, the toileters were also complete, clean, the TV functioned well. There is no AC but because Lembang is very cold so it is safe to stay cool. But worth it! You must try it if you stay around Lembang.

The staff is very friendly, but for those who want to stay overnight and choose their most standard room, the room doesn't have a heater or TV, but for me who just wanted to sleep, it was enough :)

Overall the hotel is nice, the place is on the side of the road, there is a dispenser too, and you get tea and instant noodles. But there is no AC, so it's a bit hot during the day. But at night it's cold

The location of the inn is close to tourist attractions, the rooms are clean, fragrant, the mattresses are soft, cleaned every day. Coffee, tea and noodles are also refilled every day. The staff are also friendly and very helpful. There is no AC but it is cool. Don't hesitate to stay here. Highly recommended

comfortable, clean, and for a fairly cheap price with a location near the city. can request to move to the upper room because if it is downstairs it is a bit noisy right on the side of the road. but everything is comfortable and the facilities are also complete👌🏻🥰

arrived at 02.30 am but the receptionist was not sleeping, it seems they didn't open it when they knocked, it's really bad, they weren't ready for online ordering. while my trip was far from Bogor🤯

The room and the entire hotel are super clean, the service is very friendly, cold & hot dispensers are also provided, a refrigerator is also provided for guests, in the room you can get complete toiletries (shampoo, soap, toothbrush, toothpaste, cotton buds, comb, 2 towels, tissue), get 2 popmie, 2 coffee, 2 tea, 2 sugar.
free wifi and netflix, the area is very strategic, everywhere is close, there are many food sellers around the hotel and mini markets.
basically, I will definitely be a regular at this hotel because my husband and I really like it
