I was very satisfied with my stay at Hotel Teras Lembang Syariah. Its strategic location, close to various tourist attractions in Lembang, yet the atmosphere remains calm and comfortable. The room was very clean, the interior simple but neat, and the amenities quite complete for the affordable price. The hotel staff was also friendly, helpful, and their service truly made guests feel valued. The sharia-compliant concept also made my family and I feel calmer and more comfortable during our stay. The hotel environment is beautiful, and the cool air typical of Lembang is perfect for a relaxing family getaway. Overall, I highly recommend it for a family vacation or short staycation in Lembang. The room and the entire hotel are super clean, the service is very friendly, cold & hot dispensers are also provided, a refrigerator is also provided for guests, in the room you can get complete toiletries (shampoo, soap, toothbrush, toothpaste, cotton buds, comb, 2 towels, tissue), get 2 popmie, 2 coffee, 2 tea, 2 sugar. free wifi and netflix, the area is very strategic, everywhere is close, there are many food sellers around the hotel and mini markets. basically, I will definitely be a regular at this hotel because my husband and I really like it

The staff is friendly and ensures that the family stays are very cool. The room is very clean, minimalist, the bathroom is very clean, the lighting is okay. Smart TV, free popmie and coffee. The place is like a house but cool. So it can be highly recommended for those who stay with family, they can accompany the rooms. Anyway, if I go to Lembang, I will come back here again

MasyaAllah, this is super comfortable for a small family like me. I don't regret purchasing a stay here, 600k gets you a premier room with a bathroom with a bathtub so you can soak in it with your little one after a tiring day of riding motorbikes to tourist attractions 🩷 every corner of the room smells good. For the management, keep up the good service 🥹🩷

Parking is only enough for 3 cars and a few motorcycles. The location is on a bend, be careful of accidents. There is no elevator, so seniors should request the first floor. There is noisy dangdut music in the middle of the night because there is a security post in front. It's called Sharia, maybe just because it doesn't allow non-mahram couples, but the receptionist doesn't wear a headscarf. There's no breakfast, so if you're too lazy to find food, just order GoFood. The room is spacious, the mattress is soft, but the bed makes a rickety sound. I stayed with my child, checked in around 11 PM. And parking was difficult. But the area around De Ranch is difficult to find a clean and affordable hotel. So far so good. Good luck to Teras Lembang Syariah.

The hotel is very clean, the staff is friendly and efficient. I booked a premier room. Initially, there was no electric kettle in the room, but I told them I really needed one to make milk for my child. Then the staff provided an electric kettle in my room. The only thing missing was air conditioning. Lembang isn't that cold, especially since I have children. If there were air conditioning in the room, I would definitely make this hotel my regular every time I come to Lembang. Hopefully, there will be improvements in the future. Overall, everything is great. Awesome!

Hotel Teras Lembang Syariah is worth it. The bedroom and toilet are all clean. However, the soundproofing is lacking. Outside noise can be heard in the room. I booked a deluxe room and got two free instant noodles, two 600ml bottles of mineral water, a coffee sachet, a tea sachet, and Wi-Fi. Breakfast can also be purchased in the morning, as the hotel is close to residential areas.

Just about to enter the room, I opened the door and was greeted by a small cockroach at the door. As I entered the room a little, another cockroach crawled on the glass wall. I wanted to take a shower, so I opened the cupboard to look for a towel and found two other cockroaches in the cupboard. One near the towel, and one near the water kettle. Luckily, I brought my own small towel. My morning coffee was canceled at the thought of the cockroach getting into the water kettle. There's no documentation because it was so horrifying, I wasted my time hunting for the cockroaches that were crawling here and there before my children screamed in terror.

Friendly staff & comfortable rooms. The hot shower works well and the spray is strong. There's also a fried rice vendor nearby who sells food until late at night. It's also close to the Lembang souvenir center. For those bringing motorcycles here, the management locks their motorcycles to safety at night.

Strategically located accommodation. Two instant noodles are provided in the room. There's no restaurant, but plenty of food can be ordered online. The rooms without air conditioning simply lack air circulation when closed.

Overall, the room was okay, and the service was top-notch. Unfortunately, it's located on a busy roadside even at dawn. The room isn't soundproof, so street noise is clearly audible. Coincidentally, while we were staying, a car alarm started blaring at 2 a.m., and it was clearly audible in our room. It was quite annoying.
