It was our second stay in this amazing hotel, although it was more crowded than our previous stay, the staff still made sure that the service quality did not decrease. Always a nice place to escape and have a vacation with no need to go out of the hotel grounds for activities for both children and adults, as there is a variety of restaurants and activities to choose from.

We got our room upgraded to Junior Suite, and the extra bed was charged with a 50% discount. Not only was the room bigger, with our own little plunge pool, but the location of the room was also perfect. It was very close to the beach and the Reef cafe. Snack bars in the room were free of charge, and the hotel provided all the rooms with cute hats and rattan beach bags, which made it very convenient for guests to carry stuff to the pool/beach area. My kids loved the overall experience of the hotel. We will surely visit this hotel again next year.

A wonderful vacation here, everything was very good, the staff was very enthusiastic. When I checked out, I forgot something and the hotel quickly returned it to me. The service here is very good, I will recommend it to friends and will come back here again.

Kempinski has always taken guest safety and well-being as our top priority in regards to strict public area sanitation as well as food safety and hygiene standards. As part of our pro activeness in monitoring the evolving Covid-19 situation, guidance and recommendations issued by our government, we have adopted several precautionary measures as below: Upon your arrival: • Baggage are disinfected upon arrival at the airport/Porte cochere • Body temp measurement upon arrival at the resort is required or at the airport by the Airport Representative when hotel transportation is arranged • Upon check-in, guest will receive Health and Hygiene Declaration Forms • All guests travelling to Bali are advised to present a COVID-19 test certificate (2x24 hours PCR test OR 1x24 hours Rapid antigen before flight) based on updated Government regulation • Guests are required to wear masks when entering the property and at the dining area • Vendor from outside the resort, which include food delivery from outside are restricted • Guests are requested not to bring food from outside the resort • Service for reheating food is discontinued during the pandemic • In line with the guidance of World Health Organization, local health authorities and ‘Kempinski White Glove’ procedures, our team member who is in direct contact with the guest will use mask and gloves

Overall, our stay was pleasant. The room, facilities, and service were excellent. However, the breakfast experience was disappointing compared to hotels of the same level. The food variety was quite limited and the taste wasn't particularly special or memorable. I even found a strand of hair in my truffle egg during breakfast.
Although there were plenty of servers around and even dedicated staff assigned to assist guests, they were not attentive. It took a while to get help, and I had to look around for someone several times. For a hotel of this caliber, the breakfast quality and service still need significant improvement.

The hotel was one of the places in the bucket list, and we were looking forward to the stay. However I feel it fell short from the high expectation.
We have arrived at the hotel past the check in time, but they haven’t had our room ready. After about 30 minutes waiting, we were finally able to reach the room.
After reaching the room, we had to wait another 20 minutes or so to get our luggage delivered. Meanwhile, we couldn’t go out from the room.
When we were at the main pool, I found the pool floor was slippery in multiple spots. Could be the nature of having a sea water pool though.
I can say the building design and the scenery of this hotel is absolutely wonderful. However, it seemed the operation of the hotel is not matching its hardware.
As a five star hotel, I wish there will be some improvement in these points.

From the start, we were really happy, our room was upgraded to a suite. We initially stayed here to take photos, as the hotel was more aesthetic than the others, but because it was so impressive, we'll definitely come back if we have the chance. 😆
The only downside was that it was a bit difficult to call the operator. The most impressive thing was when we were told that drinks could be refilled as much as we wanted. When we saw that, I was carrying a large bottle of mineral water (a habit I've had since it was difficult to get refills at other hotels).

A hotel suitable for family vacations. Clean, comfortable, the staff is always ready, the food is delicious, the facilities are very complete, there are lots of complimentary things. I really enjoyed staying here. The children also really enjoyed the private pool, they can swim whenever they want. Will come back again for another family vacation in the future.

We have arrived at the hotel past the check in time, but they haven’t had our room ready. After about 30 minutes waiting, we were finally able to reach the room.
After reaching the room, we had to wait another 20 minutes or so to get our luggage delivered. Meanwhile, we couldn’t go out from the room.
When we were at the main pool, I found the pool floor was slippery in multiple spots. Could be the nature of having a sea water pool though.
I can say the building design and the scenery of this hotel is absolutely wonderful. However, it seemed the operation of the hotel is not matching its hardware.
As a five star hotel, I wish there will be some improvement in these points.

From the start, we were really happy, our room was upgraded to a suite. We initially stayed here to take photos, as the hotel was more aesthetic than the others, but because it was so impressive, we'll definitely come back if we have the chance. 😆
The only downside was that it was a bit difficult to call the operator. The most impressive thing was when we were told that drinks could be refilled as much as we wanted. When we saw that, I was carrying a large bottle of mineral water (a habit I've had since it was difficult to get refills at other hotels).

A hotel suitable for family vacations. Clean, comfortable, the staff is always ready, the food is delicious, the facilities are very complete, there are lots of complimentary things. I really enjoyed staying here. The children also really enjoyed the private pool, they can swim whenever they want. Will come back again for another family vacation in the future.
