This is my third time checking in at The Groove Suites, and I must say, it has been a consistently pleasant experience. The staff are always kind and helpful. What I find most intriguing about this hotel is its unique room layout, which deviates from the traditional hotel designs. It's not your typical, boring hotel room. I am eagerly looking forward to my fourth stay here in the near future.

Didn't have the chance to take photos of the room, but I should say the room is worth the money. Even in the peak season (Christmas eve), they still offer reasonable prices with extraordinary hospitality and quality.
I love the breakfast choices. They got Indonesian food, sushi, laksa, and many more.
Definitely will be one of my go-to hotel in Jakarta. Perfect for couples that want bigger spaces, family, and events with friends.

The staff are friendly and helpful, initially there was a problem when checking in but it was safe and fast, usually there is a water dispenser in the room but this one wasn't there so I had to ask the staff for more water, and they were very helpful when I couldn't have breakfast because I was sick so the food was brought to my room even though I had to wait for more than an hour, I asked for another menu but this one came but it's ok
