we was just check in my wife found the pillow cace didn't change and the bed sith to so my wife so upset...

Need more staff for check in process, room is not soundproof, activity can be heard from next room.

The staff was very friendly and helpful upon check in.

Got room 911 and asked for a change because there were some stains on the bed cover. Then we were replaced in room 511, which was the same, both on the bed cover and the sheets. But we didn't complain because we wanted to get some rest. Next, we were disturbed by the noise from the occupants of the next room because the room type was like a connecting room (with a connecting door), so we could clearly hear the occupants' conversations. In addition, the cleanliness of the room was more concerned, because we found sawang and small spiders. The security guard on duty was responsive and friendly. The food menu was ordinary, maybe because it's a budget hotel. The AC was cold, the TV size seemed to be 40". Thank you.

Very friendly service, while at the hotel I tried eating at the restaurant twice, it was actually delicious, but the food took a long time to come out and when it arrived it was cold, hopefully this can be improved.

The location is strategic, close to everywhere, good motorbike parking.

The room wasn't very comfortable. I intended to stay at the hotel, hoping for a quiet staycation, but instead I found discomfort. Check-in was smooth, but I arrived during heavy rain. Check-in was quick and standard, requiring a Rp 100,000 cash deposit. The service was good. I was assigned room 1011, a superior room with a view of Monkasel and the river, located on the 10th floor, not far from the elevator. The air conditioning worked well. The TV worked well, with plenty of channels. The water flow was strong, so the hot water was adequate. There was no bottled water in the room, but there were dispensers on each floor, which was very helpful and allowed for unlimited refills. The bedsheets were dirty, with a persistent stain that I couldn't remove. When I opened the blanket, the stain was very visible. Once I entered the room, the discomfort began. The room next door was very noisy, with the TV turned up high and other people making phone calls on speakerphone. The room was nice, but unfortunately, the soundproofing was very poor. Or maybe because I had a connecting room, the noise from the next room was very audible. I don't understand why I was given that room. At night, before bed, the same thing happened from the next room, which was at the end of the corridor. I don't know what the person was doing, but I heard something like moving chairs back and forth, walking loudly, and banging something against the wall. Again, because the room wasn't soundproof, I could hear the blower or something else very loud. It was very disturbing. The noise stopped at 12:30 a.m. WIB, and that's when I was finally able to sleep peacefully. Not to mention the sounds of animals running around above (the ceiling). I tried the food, and it was very tasty, and the price was standard, not too expensive. One night at Life Style Hotel Surabaya was enough.

This is a great hotel close to downtown Surabaya. It's clean and the staff are friendly. I recommend this hotel, and I'd definitely come back.

I've booked twice through the app, checking in at 2:00 PM, but when I arrived at the hotel at 2:30 PM, my room wasn't ready and I had to wait. The rooms are cramped, and the menu is very limited.

The hotel room is cramped even though the service is friendly, unfortunately the breakfast is not varied, the rice is cold and there is no water in the room.
