The bathroom was muddy. I asked the receptionist for a mat, even though the room phone wasn't working late at night, but the mat wasn't delivered until morning. The tiles were cracked, the AC was noisy, and it was a very uncomfortable stay.

For the staff is nice, only room 103 is the worst I've ever found for this price. The room area is okay, the sheets are not clean so itchy when sleeping. The AC is broken so it needs to be repaired or replaced, I turned it on and off a bit difficult, they had to call a technician. The bathroom area, the soap and shampoo dispenser needs to be replaced because it's no longer suitable (broken). The towels smell. The toilet is difficult to flush, waiting for a long time makes it uncomfortable and waiting for the water to rise first, making it difficult to defecate. And the bidet hose is leaking so it makes the toilet area wet, so bad. There is no mineral water either, you have to fill it up in front using a dispenser. The location is close to Braga, walking distance so it's okay. That's my honest review, please fix the stuff thing :))

The pictures in the app and the actual room were completely different. The table and bathroom were dirty, the hot water didn't work, the phone was dead, and there was no Wi-Fi. Oh, I was really disappointed. The plus side was that it was close to Braga and the breakfast was delicious.

My first experience staying at this hotel with a complete group (wife + two toddlers), initially got a room with broken tiles, and had to move rooms 3 times, finally got a room that was habitable, the service was good and very friendly, so far I really like staying here because it is close to the mosque and Bandung city square, access to places to eat and public transportation is very easy, next trip will stay here again

I give the hotel staff a thumbs up. They are friendly and quick. The room is spacious, I think it's quite spacious. Now, about the cleanliness of the room. Initially, I got room 412, then because the toilet was problematic, I ended up being moved to 407. Room 412 was clean, but room 407 was not so clean, in my opinion. The hotel is nice, strategic location, please upgrade it a bit. Because I know, this hotel is quite old.

The service was very disappointing. We arrived at 4 p.m. and were still made to wait about 20 minutes. When we asked a second time, the receptionist responded in a disapproving tone, even though we were tired and wanted to rest. As for the room, the bathroom was not very clean, especially in the toilet area, and the ceiling was yellowing. Breakfast was not refilled promptly; empty items were left unattended and not immediately refilled.

When I first arrived, I was given the 1st floor number 117, dusty, the toilet had to flush 2-3 times because the children also had to do the same, in the afternoon the shower was cloudy and dirty like sewage water, the staff said it was probably leftover from last night 😂. After leaving it for a while, it got better but it was still dirty, I still insisted on changing rooms, I was given a room on the new floor, the room was nice like a hotel, not a reddorz, the hotel was old, it looked like a building, furniture, only on the 3rd floor when it was changed it was quite like a real hotel, at first glance it was 2 stars, only the blankets, the sheets were no longer white, the breakfast was just ordinary, my 1 year old nephew on the 1st floor was crying in the room, he was moved to the 3rd floor and then he was quiet, it seems the floor is scary for children under 2 years old, I suggest the hotel to try to renovate the building, interior, etc. and the sheets too, it's a shame with a strategic location with Braga and Asia Afrika.
