The hotel staff is friendly but there are shortcomings in the hotel room facilities, especially one room that is disappointing and fatal to the guests with an unpleasant smell or the smell of dirt, whether it is a dirty drain pipe or whatever, the hotel room manager should first check the room that the guests want to use.

Old and ugly hotel.. The bathroom water is stagnant.. The faucet is broken.. The bathroom door can't be locked.. The TV remote is broken.. The bed smells musty.. The walls are dark and moldy.. Horror atmosphere.. Rooms 104 and 105..

My personal experience during a one-night stay there. Because the hotel is old, the atmosphere is less pleasant. Suggestions could be given for repairs to all areas if they are damaged. It's located right in the city center.

The room is quite comfortable, the lowest type of room is worth it because it is very close to Braga, just walk. There are not many food choices but it is reasonable for the price. Next time I think I will stay here again to go to Braga again.

I really regret staying here, the bathroom is disgusting, dirty, the roof is leaking and the toilet is moldy, the shower is brown, the sheets smell musty, it's quite a walk to Braga, but it's also far to Asia and Africa. I'm sorry I won't come here again. crusty

The hotel room doesn't match the picture. The lighting is minimal. The coffee/tea cups at breakfast have cracked edges. There's only one elevator, but it's incredibly slow and often breaks down. The only good thing here is the staff.

Not very pleasant, when we first got the room we got the one with the AC which was not cold enough because it was facing down/floor, after that we asked for a change, but finally we got a better one, the bedsheets had blood stains on them so we asked for them to be changed the next day, we stayed for 2 days without breakfast because we wanted to go culinary, strategic location near Braga, Alun-alun
