A very "gong" first experience. I'd just checked in and already had a clogged toilet. However, the service was good, and I immediately asked to be moved. When I was moved, I found a leaking toilet. The water was quickly repaired, even though I had to wait overnight.

So, recommendations for places to stay in Bandung

It was nice for a place to crash. The location is near Braga Street, so it's very easy to get to some places by walking or motorbike. Just I got the room on the highest floor that in order to get there I got to hop on the lift and then go up one floor using the stairs. Luckily our luggage wasn't that heavy, so it was okay.

The hotel staff is very friendly, the hotel is very strategic in the center of Braga.

Breakfast lacks variety and bedroom sheets and towels are yellow.

Please replace the mattress on the first floor, and the sheets and towels are a bit yellow. Please replace them, as there seems to be a lot of work to be done. The breakfast menu lacks variety.

The hotel's location is very close to Braga, making it very easy to get around. The room was comfortable, but it lacked soundproofing and the door was a bit difficult to open. There was a water heater, but using it slowed down the shower flow. The towels, sheets, and blankets were no longer white and smelled of chlorine. Overall, however, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was varied and delicious.

The door was hard to lock and unlock. The lock was still manual. It was a hassle to carry the key. The sheets were dirty. The AC leaked. The walls were moldy. There was no soap in the bathroom.

The staff were very friendly. However, the air conditioning in the room I booked wasn't working properly, and the lights were dim and lacked proper lighting. Please improve this and make it neat and clean for a more comfortable stay. And provide proper parking for easier parking.
