I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Ritz-Carlton Mega Kuningan, and I must say it was an absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish. The hotel itself is magnificent—from the elegant lobby to the beautifully appointed rooms and 5-course meal complimentary.
What truly made our stay memorable was the exceptional service provided by *Mrs. Royana Rasjid*. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine warmth went above and beyond our expectations. She was incredibly attentive to our needs, always greeting us with a smile, and made us feel truly valued as guests. Her caring, efficiency, and personable approach made every interaction a pleasure.

Got the best price from app, including five meals: afternoon tea, dinner, mocktail night, breakfast, and lunch. Big thanks to The Ritz-Carlton for extending all the Club Lounge benefits to my 8 & 5 y.o childs for free. Everything was great, and the kids were super happy. The service from the beginning until I left was super okay, the staff was friendly and helpful, the room was spacious and comfortable, there were many benefits and additional facilities. But one thing that was unfortunate, when I was having breakfast at the Asia restaurant, I was walking and choosing food and behind me was a female staff wearing a navy suit, when I turned to the food stall she reflexively clicked "tsk" as if I was blocking her way, I also didn't know she was behind me and after that she saw me but immediately continued walking without saying sorry until when I returned with my family from breakfast, she was there with another waitress but she didn't greet me at all. Even though I was really amazed by the friendliness of the other staff, but because of that one incident that made me quite offended, my assessment of this hotel's service was reduced. I hope that in the future all staff can be briefed better.

Worst experience in ritz carlton, i stayed here before and had so much better. We checked in at 4pm they said the room is still full. They remove us to a room with 1 bed (i booked for 2 bed since i have 2 kids) . we finally got the room we ordered on 6.30 pm which is a very time consuming.
the breakfast , nothing special .
i hope you guys improving , but basically always love the room size

This time I stayed at RCMK for 3 days and 2 nights with full service, I was so happy! And the price I got was the independence promo price so it was really worth it 🥰 because there were so many facilities that I was confused about which one to try first hehe what is certain is that my children, nephews and mother really enjoyed staying here. All the staff are friendly and helpful. I got so many surprises and bonuses hehe. Got a room visit from the hotel staff to celebrate my youngest child's birthday, thx a lot! Of all the 5-star hotels I've ever visited, coming back to RCMK is the right choice! With the same price comparison but the facilities and service provided are very different. I really love RCMK, hopefully I can come back soon 🫶🏻

Feeling more than extravagant here! Surprised that we got free dinner buffet with unlimited cocktails and wines. Dinner and breakfast spread are spectacular. Spacious bed, good facility for pool and gym.

This time I stayed at RCMK for 3 days and 2 nights with full service, I was so happy! And the price I got was the independence promo price so it was really worth it 🥰 because there were so many facilities that I was confused about which one to try first hehe what is certain is that my children, nephews and mother really enjoyed staying here. All the staff are friendly and helpful. I got so many surprises and bonuses hehe. Got a room visit from the hotel staff to celebrate my youngest child's birthday, thx a lot! Of all the 5-star hotels I've ever visited, coming back to RCMK is the right choice! With the same price comparison but the facilities and service provided are very different. I really love RCMK, hopefully I can come back soon 🫶🏻
