best hospitality! we stayed 1 night for staycation, everything so smooth and easy. best part, staff nice and set up a birthday compliment for my daughter. protocol for covid safe is done very well, even when breakfast at resto thank you The Sultan!

Sultan was one of the oldest Jakarta hotel. Great hospitality! I book this to celebrate my parents wedding anniversary and call them to create a special decor and provide great view for them. Surprisingly, the did provide both and it was very amusing for my parents, especially mom who was excite. So, although it's old but they still have the best view, best location, hospitality and very clean room

The Sultan Hotel is one of the best in the city. It is located in the heart of the city, it is easy to reach this place. All the staff are friendly and helpful. I love the room, it is spacious and lovely. The breakfast is super good. I had very good moment and so much fun staying here. I definitely will go back here with my family and friends.

Warm welcome from front door officer. Very nice and helpfull receptionist (her name is Yara), Very nice and cozy bed room. Breakfast facilities open in early morning. We still have "greeny are" surrounding the hotel . Feeling homey staying there. Love it! ❤

Chose this hotel because it is close to Istora Senayan, check in is easy, the luxurious aura is still felt, even though it is classic it is still well maintained, friendly staff, clean rooms, bathrooms with bathtubs, cold AC, hot and cold water that works well, check out is also easy, enter the hotel through the door on Jl. Sudirman, suitable for staying especially if there is an event around GBK.

This hotel is actually almost perfect for my business trip, which requires a location in central Jakarta. The only drawback now is access. While it used to be very easy to get to from Senayan/GBK, now it requires a circuitous route, which can be confusing for guests.

The hotel is very comfortable and in a prime location, very close to GBK, the mall, and other popular attractions. It's an older hotel, but very clean, with authentic Indonesian design. Staying for 3 days 2 nights was a pleasant experience for my parents and children. The bed was soft and comfortable. The food variety was quite a lot and tasted good. My child always loves dim sum and chocolate muffins. The children's pool area is very limited but that's okay, because there is also a playground in the park. The hot water in the room is not hot, just lukewarm, warm enough for children to bathe. The staff are friendly. The cleaning service at the restaurant always greets you every day. Drinks in the room refrigerator are free compliments. Very close to GBK and JCC, just walking distance. Recepcionist Ms. Fany received us kindly and was very helpful with our room request which required a connecting door, until we got a free room upgrade. Food orders via ojol can be left at the receptionist. The downside is that access to the lobby is complicated and winding until you have to go through the dark and very quiet apartment basement. Overall staying here is pleasant. Will come back again.

This hotel is good to be relied on if there is an event at GBK, chose to stay here because it also participates in BTN Jakim. It's just that the quality of the hotel has dropped significantly since the last time I stayed. The shower and bathtub faucets are very loud, the TV in the room is difficult to operate, I even called room service, but the TV was down again in the morning. The variety of food has also dropped significantly in variety and taste. Hopefully it will improve soon, my favorite and mainstay hotel.

Like the distance is close to GBK, if you want to watch football, no hassle just choose to stay here.
The hotel staff is friendly.
Only the bathroom is a bit clogged, the exhaust fan does not turn on so it makes it uncomfortable especially after defecating, the smell takes a long time to disappear.
tried to contact the technician several times but they didn't come.
The AC is also not cold enough.
