I got upgrade to Junior Suite with Sea View, where it was really nice and spacious room, I loved it so much! Thank you. What an incredible 2 nights stayed at Grand Inna Kuta. They also have a lot variety of breakfast also with sea view. I would love to come back.

Good option for family. The hotel literally has 3 swimming pools and located right in front of the less-crowded part of Kuta Beach. Although the exterior seemed rather old but the rooms are actually new, tidy, and clean.

NOTICE ROOMS IMPROVEMENT Grand Inna Kuta is beginning to improve all Superior rooms which are located in the mature part of the hotel called Bali Wing Building.. There are several points we would like to address to our guests as follows: a. The project of room improvement will start as of February 11, 2020 for 6 months onward b. All 102 Superior rooms and Sunken Pool will be closed down during that period c. For guests who have been booked in Superior rooms for the periods mentioned above will be entitled for a free upgrade to Deluxe category We apologize in advance for any inconvenience caused by the project. The hotel's location is very dark, with poor lighting around the garden and pool.
It's not very beautiful at night.

The hotel location is great, but the cleanliness is below the standard as the hotel is currently undergoing a renovation. The room is still relatively clean but the property itself needs a lot of upgrading.

The swimming pool options are exciting, there are lots of clean water, if you want to go to the beach, just walk, coincidentally there is a foam party event going on, which makes the kids even happier

- the road is far from the lobby to the room 6/10 if you want to buy something, go out of the room to the lobby and then outside the hotel area, it's far and dark 6/10

- the view from the pool to Kuta beach is a bit bad because it's blocked by traders' stalls 5/10

I chose this hotel because it has direct access to the beach, everywhere is close, you can just walk... to the airport by taxi - + 40 minutes, request for a room with a connecting door was not fulfilled.

Ordered a king bed size room but I got a double twin instead. The beach view wasn't that great for the price I had paid. The rooms are generally clean. Staff was helpful and friendly. I had to have my luggage lock picked which they sent their maintenance team to do in a whiff. Thank you! Location is great and you can access the beach within minutes and a new mall, F&B, and shopping with ease. The only bit of draw back is the hotel building is rather worn and really needs a good coat of paint and finishing.

This hotel has 3 cool swimming pools! The restaurant is wide and the food is awesome, especially traditional menu (bubur Manado and lontong kuah are best), and it had direct beach view (but now there are kios in front of the swimming pool, which unfortunately cover up the beach view).

Wow, always a pleasure to stay here, Truntum Kuta (Grand Inna Kuta)
Starting from the friendliness of the staff, the hotel atmosphere, supporting facilities, rooms and food.
The hotel is strategically located, in the center of Kuta beach, next to the hotel, the breakfast place is directly connected to Kuta beach. Walking distance to Beachwalk is also close.
There are 3 swimming pools so you can choose where you want to swim.
There is a choice of really good beach views.
Staying at Truntum is a very good choice when you are in Kuta.....

The hotel is huge, we got room quite far from the front area, but near Kalapa pool. The room is clean, spacious, really comfy. Breakfast is tasty, have many variance of foods. At last day of our stay there, my daughter got sick and sleep near check out time. The Hotel generously accept my late check out request till 13.00 to provide time for my daughter so she can get some rest. Thank you, Truntum:)
