Comfortable place, strategic location.

I've stayed here many times since before the name change. Great location, great food, spacious rooms. My last stay in August was crowded, but it was a bit uncomfortable because there were strangers sitting in front of our room smoking, and it was also quite dirty. Overall, it was nice 👍

I've stayed at Truntum twice. I've always had the farthest room. The first was a suite, very close to the statue of Lord Baruna, and the sounds of people's activities could be heard inside. The second time, I was also given a room at the far end, with a view of the balcony next door. Wi-Fi was difficult, despite complaining, and the cell signal was also poor. The service and staff were excellent and friendly.

This was my second stay at this hotel. I was very impressed and satisfied with the large, clean room. The bathroom was also spotless, and the staff was friendly. The hotel's location is excellent, making it easy to get to everything, including the beach and culinary delights. If I have the opportunity to visit Kuta again, I will definitely stay at Hotel Truntum Kuta again.

Family holidays here are great, close to everywhere, and the kids are happy too.

Pool access rooms are very risky for losing items if you forget to put your shoes, sandals, etc. in the room.

We had a wonderful stay at Truntum Kuta Bali. The hotel has an excellent location, just a short walk to Kuta Beach and many restaurants and shops. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were warm, friendly, and always ready to help. The breakfast had a good variety of delicious food, and the facilities were great. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Bali.

Located close to the city center and the airport. The rooms are clean, and the bathroom is also clean. The restaurant overlooks the beach, and the food is varied.

A very comfortable hotel for a family vacation in Bali.

The staff is friendly and the service is excellent. Safety and comfort are top priority here. The rooms are a bit far from the reception, but that's okay, consider it exercise, haha. The food is standard Western restaurant fare, perhaps catered to the tastes of foreigners who don't particularly like strong spices.

Kuta Beach is truly delightful, and this hotel is in the most convenient location. It's clean and beautiful.

The breakfast is mediocre and lacks variety. The taste is sometimes bland, perhaps because it's tailored to a foreigner's palate, but the restaurant staff are friendly. The room TV isn't a smart TV yet, and it can be replaced upon complaint. The Wi-Fi is often slow, and the cellular network in the room is also G or E at certain times. The staff are friendly, especially the delivery men at the reception. The cleanliness of the beds, especially the pillows, is very lacking. Please throw away pillows that are worn out, yellow, and stained. The sofa covers should always be replaced when changing customers, don't wait for complaints about itching and dust. Hopefully, Truntum's service and cleanliness will improve in the future. The location is very strategic, and the view from the room is incredibly beautiful.

The hotel's location was perfect for me, who was in transit that day, close to the airport and my destination. I could walk everywhere. The hotel staff was also friendly.
