During our stay, there was construction going on nearby, making it noisy. The rooms aren't separated into smoking and non-smoking rooms, but there's an option in the app. So, if you request a non-smoking room, you'll get a smoking room.

I often stay here, I don't know whether there is a guard at the motorbike parking area or not, because it's hard to get the motorbike out because it's so close together, and we have to move the other motorbikes ourselves.
