Spacious rooms, large bed, TV with Prime and Netflix app. Really good facility, they are quite large also, clean praying space at B1 floor! 5 mins-ish walk to Kota Kasablanka Mall, will consider staying again if there were any concert at Kasablanka Hall.

The hotel is highly recommended for families. There’s a kids’ pool and a jacuzzi, so the children were really happy playing in the water. There are also kids’ activities near the restaurant, so after breakfast the kids can play too. The room was clean, tidy, and smelled nice (non-smoking). Room service was also good, and all the staff were friendly. We were really happy to have a staycation at this hotel.

The view is lacking because there is a cemetery, the food is standard, but usually 5-star hotels have more variety, but breakfast here is standard compared to other 5-star hotels. Other than that, the room atmosphere is good, clean and super complete, all the staff are very friendly and nice. Thank you.

The staff is really friendly & accommodating. the room is really clean, smells good, and spacious. the hotel location is walking distance from famous mall. All facilities are well maintained. but a minor suggestion, perhaps can change the hairdryers into new type, because the current hairdryers are really noisy. overall thank you for the hospitality!

This was an amazing staycation. Way back from 2022, I really wanted to have a staycation at this hotel because in 2022 I was working at EightyEight@KotaKasablanka and had an event which was being held at Wyndham. And I will come back to this hotel again!

very good and comfortable hotel. very helpful hotel staff and always available to provide a good service.
The only issue I had was that the fast wired internet connection jack, provided I believe in every room was not functioning. yes of course wifi is avaliable but but for better service, wired connection is more better. I did complain, however the internet support person was either not helpful or was not skilled enough to correct the problem. overall this was the only issue I had staying at the hotel. I could have asked to change rooms, but it would have been too much of an effort on my part to do this. the hotel should check for this to ensure everything provided is always working
