Nice rooms

Check in felt as bit messy, the gentleman on reception was very cordial but rushed, although there was no one waiting other than us Goo clean rooms, very spacious and breakfast was excellent with great timings..overall brilliant experience.

The staff were very friendly and the hotel was clean. However, I do feel it was over priced. We had come from another hotel that was cheaper and just that step better in all areas for the price.

Great location near the airport and buses run right by either into the city or to the coastal towns of malahide and portmarnock shopping centre 5 minutes away staff are very welcoming and helpful nice bar and restaurant we would stay again

Soil sheets on the bed, Cracked mug on both sides of a mug when I requested tea Breakfast very disappointed black-and-white pudding was so hard we couldn’t eat it eggs or overdone and cold was very disappointed I stayed at the Hilton a few times now. I have not experienced this service., In saying that I’d like to say how brilliant the Staff was especially to the staff on the reception I would thank Uliana who went that extra mile for us when we raised that issues that we we .

Hotel has a weird smell to it. Very stuffy and old

Very clean and comfortable with useful toiletries and great free airport shuttle service.

Too warm as air con didn't work properly. Breakfast was very good. Little noisy as it is situated right on the roadside. All in all a pleasant stay.

Good location for taking flight early morning

Do not stay here if you have any accessibility needs or might need any special accommodations - the hotel is not equipped, and the staff will not offer any support or solutions. My mom suffered an injury during our trip - I booked with the Hilton noting the international brand and hoping it would be accessible. Here, the handicap entrance is very far from the parking lot/drop off point. The hotel does not provide a wheelchair for guest use. All the double bed rooms are very far from the elevator. Please note - every other hotel we stayed at had a wheelchair and made efforts to accommodate my mother and do anything to make her comfortable. Not Hilton. Here, I initially came into the hotel and asked the staff for a wheelchair - the lady at the desk said they did not have one but would look and would ask the manager. Later, when I returned, they did not have any solution. I asked the staff follow up with management - Nikil Mehta jumped in and said "I am the manager and we do not have a wheelchair." There was no apology or remorse expressed. It was very matter of fact - that your mom's injury is your problem and the hotel does not care. Even more, they did not provide us with any rooms on the first floor - and the room we were assigned was very far from the elevator. Finally, I asked whether the shuttle driver could park closer to the entrance for pick up - nope, the Hilton would not accommodate. Overall very disappointing.

This was a clean hotel with attentive, kind staff. They went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable. Impressive daily breakfast buffet, and the attached restaurant had really good food. I enjoyed the experience.

Ideal stopover for easy access to Dublin airport. Great value and fresh breakfast. Excellent service from bar and restaurant staff.

The room was very spacious and fit five adults comfortably. It was close to a bus stop and allowed us to go into downtown Dublin. The shuttle to the airport also came in handy.

We had a quick stay prior to flying out. Our room smelt very musty. Staff was friendly and answered questions. Shuttle was nice.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, everything in that regard was fine. The restaurant could use a little help with service. The actual servers were absolutely kind and helpful. But multiple times many of them walked by without acknowledging empty glasses, we were done with our food for a while and eventually had to flag someone down to clear our plates, as we wanted to order more. Again, when we were interacting with servers it was lovely, but waiting on servers to a while.

Airport shuttle conveniently located at door step. Great staff. Clean and large room. Great stay.
