The room was very spacious and fit five adults comfortably. It was close to a bus stop and allowed us to go into downtown Dublin. The shuttle to the airport also came in handy.

We had a quick stay prior to flying out. Our room smelt very musty. Staff was friendly and answered questions. Shuttle was nice.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, everything in that regard was fine. The restaurant could use a little help with service. The actual servers were absolutely kind and helpful. But multiple times many of them walked by without acknowledging empty glasses, we were done with our food for a while and eventually had to flag someone down to clear our plates, as we wanted to order more. Again, when we were interacting with servers it was lovely, but waiting on servers to a while.

The suite we rented for a day was terrible. The AC didn’t work the room was outdated and falling apart. Many door handles were falling off and the room was just horrible. The shower was leaking and the shower nozzle was broken. The food for breakfast was horrible and dinner after a 5 hr drive back to Dublin was disgusting. My daughter got sick. Worst Airport hotel I have stayed at in years.

All great with exception of air conditioning. Room was very warm due to strong sunshine but AC did nothing to help. Very noisy and didn’t achieve anything.

Stayed one night for my connection flight to New Zealand. Had a fab night. Clean and quiet room. Excellent buffet breakfast.
Staff were exceptional.
I will be back again.
Sadly i didn't get to the bar as I arrived very late. Overall i will give Dublin Airport Hilton 💯

Joji (staff member) was very professional, courteous and decent. I am a type II diabetic and while the shop was closed, Joji gave me enough water for the night. I am extremely grateful and this kindness will make me return to the Hilton.
