Everything for our stay was absolutely great. The only reason I gave a 4 star for customer service was bc it was a little standoff-ish at first until they got to talking to us after a bit. Wasn’t sure right away how our stay was going to be perceived. Other than that everyone was kind and helpful

Great value for the money, room was okay not great not poor. Clean and modern bathroom, mattress a little tired, deck outside window rotten to the point of falling down, but you could not get out there so no big deal. We had a pleasant stay.

Very nice hotel, super friendly people, comfy rooms. Only issue is the parking space, very limited and some people parked behind our car, blocking our exit...but overall good stay in the middle of town with access to shopping and restaurants. Thank you!

We booked 5 Rooms. 4 we’re ok and to a reasonable standard. However one room had a strong odour that was was incredibly heavy on your chest. Possibly chemical in order to mask something. As a asthmatic it was uninhabitable and unbearable. The place was full so they could not change. Most of the night was spent on the floor of another booked room in our party. The whole experience was horrendous even for a well seasoned traveller.

Rooms are above their very busy hotel/restaurant but rooms well sound proofed so didn’t hear noise from hotel/restaurant. Room was quite small and very hot with no external windows to open. Modern and clean with nice bathroom. Hotel parking was limited and was full but paid parking around back was ok.
