It’s a good first night outside of Dublin when you first arrive before heading out on your sightseeing journey

Unique interior as it was previously a school. Beautiful room and very friendly staff. Overall experience was very good.

Chose this location for proximity to the airport for an early departure. If you’re brining luggage in to organize, it’s extremely inconvenient. No parking -(spaces are all taken by employees). Sketchy dark pay lot close by. Check in is carrying luggage thru a crowded bar, and trying to get the attention of a bartender. Then carry the bags up flights of stairs , again thru a crowded bar. If you’re looking for convenience, check elsewhere.

Great stay at this inn. Easy check in. We liked the pub and menu.

Convenient place to stay for a night. The building is a little dated but the rooms have been renovated.

I’d warn anyone against this hotel and will certainly avoid weatherspoons in the future.Due to our flight being delayed 3 hours we didn’t arrive at the hotel until 12.30.am but we were assured this would be ok . We’d booked a triple room but when we arrived it was clearly set out as a double with double bed only ,2 cups, 2 glasses etc . We were exhausted as we’d been travelling some time but had to chase back to the bar to find staff to ask if we were in the wrong room. The rather unengaged staff member reluctantly came back to the room with us and didn’t know what to do . He said possibly we could check the sofa. He stood with folded arms watching as my very tired husband and daughter struggled to set up a sofa bed . Surely this should have been set up for us . No one goes to a hotel snd expects to be constructing furniture snd making beds . No apology nothing . Well not go there again Expedia were hopeless too as I sent a complaint in but just got a reply saying they were looking into my request to waver a charge . Which they still haven’t replied too

Nice location near shopping mall and a few good pubs in addition to their own bar and restaurant all within walking distance. Rooms are well designed and comfortable, though the air conditioning unit in our room periodically made grinding sounds — seemed only when adjusting to new set temperature— and did not happen while sleeping at night. Surprisingly quiet in room considering above a busy pub. Parking is not guaranteed and is very limited on premises, and not a-lot on street either— we parked in a pay lot a half plovk away until a space opened in front of the property.

Very happy with the bar and restaurant. Uncomfortable sleep though. The bed was so worn it was visibly concave when I walked in. It was a very uncomfortable night sleep.

Stayed before. I had a lovely room that time It was a bit sticky the day I arrived The air con was difficult to regulate so either too cold or warm The tv only had around 5 channels

Wonderful staff!! I left my wedding ring behind and they will send it back to me in the US. I’m so grateful. I will visit again to thank them in person

It was complicated. Very few staff. Strange way to enter a hotel.

Lovely place to stay instead of Dublin before our flight back home. Nice town. Wonderful castle, nice room and can’t beat the food prices at the restaurant.

The town of Swords with the castle,church, tower was interesting. The staff at the old borough was rude from the minute we arrived at around 1 from the citylink bus. Stopped at the registration desk in the bar. All he said is check in is at 2! Okay can we stow our bags? They did. We ate at the restaurant. We've eaten at weatherspoon before in Scotland. This food was not horrible but not good.Couldn't get the Internet to work so ordered at the bar. The wait staff was slow and you could tell they didn't want to be there. Went for a walk around town After lunch tried to get on the WiFi to order a taxi for the next day to the airport. Couldn't. We checked in at the bar again and a nice man checked us in and I asked about the WiFi again. The same person who was rude to us was rude to him and said no Internet I called engineering. The nice man called and ordered us a taxi. We never had WiFi during our stay. Our room while not only dated and in need of paint was as clean as housekeeping could keep it clean. There was a horrible smell of mildew, black mold as soon as you walked in the door. It was definitely coming from the carpet probably from the shower area as that part of the carpet was wet most of the time. The smell permeated the room and made our stay the worst experience we had in our two weeks in Ireland. Overall we had booked this room to be close to Dublin airport before our flight the next day. We liked Swords but this hotel was misrepresented on this website.

This is 100% not a 4 star hotel. The reception is a closet in the bar, the room is tiny, it's a very old building and way too pricey for what you get.

Good location, typical bar/restaurant area. Room was tastefully decorated but had a few scuffs user marks. Would definitely stay again

Quarto meio limpo, funcionarios muito bons exceto um ou dois abaixp da media, bar excelente o Pub embaixo dos quartos. Café da manhã muito pobre

Was a perfect hotel. Very helpful and polite staff. Clean rooms. Easy booking in and out. Would definitely recommend

Clean, comfortable and stylish rooms with a decent sized bathroom and a lift to get to the upper floor. Bathroom also had a tub/shower combo You'll be extremely lucky if you can park at the facility. If not, you have to park about a block away. Ordering food/drinks in the bar/restaurant has to be done from a QR code on the table. Menu is limited and you're virtually invisible to the staff while sitting at your table
