What Guests Say About Their Stay

I loved that kids eat free. Bfast was 20€ for adults. They were accommodating to let both kids eat even though only one of us eats bfast. But a horrible arrival experience because I was expecting to get a shuttle as they have listing, but the lady said they did not have a shuttle. Maybe because I did not schedule one ahead of time. Not sure, they did not elaborate. The price was great for the location but you get no daily cleaning unless you request and you’d have to pay extra, you rent the pool towels and you keep them the whole 6 days. And you don’t get fresh towels daily. You pay for new towels if you want them. Or keep the same towels all 6 days. And you take your own trash out. Might be normal for Italy. So we didn’t complain. We were happy with the service, price, and location.

The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, and the room is spacious enough for a family. There is a train station just a two-minute walk away, making it convenient to commute to Rome’s historical sites. Overall, we really liked the place. The only drawback is that the room temperature is a bit cold, especially since we are visiting Rome at the end of December.

Under the bathroom sink was rubble for work down ( plaster) that i cleaned. The pullout couch sheets were not clean. it took forever to get a brown to clean the room. we were rationed toilette paper, i bought my own and were advised that we would have one set pf towels for a week stay. Thankfully the cleaning lady gave us extra towels,. the front desk was very short and seemed bothered when we asked for direction ( this was our first trip to Rome, Italy and we were celebrating my daughters 16th bday). I have traveled to a lot of places and this is, by far, the worst experience. I am glad that i have seen other places in Europe so I know that this is not the standard of hospitality everywhere! The hotel. upon checkout, failed to properly bill for one night and when I arrived home to Canada, I received an email about , their mistake in not billing the last night. I asked to please send the bill of what I owe and I will gladly pay, I have yet to receive the bill. I had also asked for the receipt of what I already paid and have yet to receive that as well. In the email it was stated that a link will be sent for me to pay and I have yet to receive that as well. I am in the customer service industry and i can confidently say it was the worst customer service!

We stayed in this property for 4 nights in Aug 2025. Check in was easy, we got our room slightly before 3. Great location and filtered water on site. We did not leverage the breakfast as it was very pricey 19 euros. The washing was nice to have but expensive at 5 dollar per wash/dry. Hotel staff were helpful. We were on the 5th floor - our room was never cleaned in the 4 days we were there… not sure if this needed to be requested.

We had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the positive side, it was very easy to get to using public transport, which made our arrival stress-free. However, there were several downsides to our stay. Firstly, we didn’t experience any housekeeping during our time there – no one came by to replace towels. Additionally, there was an unpleasant sewage smell coming from the bathroom, which made it uncomfortable to use. Another issue was with the pool. You had to book a time slot to use it, and if you stayed too long, you could actually be asked to leave – which took away from the relaxing atmosphere we had hoped for. The room did have a kitchen, which we appreciated, but unfortunately, there was no cutlery at all, which made it quite difficult to prepare or enjoy any meals. All in all, while the location and transport access were good, the overall experience left a bit to be desired.

We decided to stay slightly out as wanted a pool in the hot days. Lovely apartment very clean and great for families as very spacious. Pool was great after site seeing, staff super helpful and large fridge for drinks too at reception and in room. Also added bonus fantastic restaurant next door to hotel which had great local food and very reasonable prices, ate two out of three nights. Overall worked really well getting into town on bus or metro super easy.
