Överlag en mycket fin vistelse men man har inte fri tillgång till poolen. De får vara max 25 gäster vid poolen samtidigt och man måste boka in sig på tider. Man kan bli nekad och man kan bli ombedd att lämna efter 2 timmar. Då vi reste med barn till Rom i mitten av juli var ju poolen en stor anledning till varför vi valde detta hotell. Att de få begränsades ställde till det en hel del. I övrigt så var allt perfekt och tågstationen Balduina gör de enkelt att nå centrala Rom och metrostationer. Vi åkte dessutom till flygplatsen med tåget vilket var både smidigt och billigt. Restaurang som ligger granne med hotellet serverade väldigt god mat och om man som vi nyttjade köket på rummet en hel del så fanns matbutiken Conad på 10 min promenad tillsammans med andra butiker.

We stayed at this Aparthotel as a family of four with children aged 9 and 6, and we really enjoyed our experience. The property is located on the outskirts of Rome, so walking to major attractions isn’t practical, but transport links are excellent. There’s a train/metro station right next door, and buses are easy to access. Travel into the city centre by this method took around 45 minutes. With the July heat, we often used UBER, which ranged from €12–€25 depending on the time of day and destination and took anywhere between 10 and 25 minutes. The pool was a highlight, especially for the kids. After long days exploring Rome, it was the perfect place to cool off and unwind. You book a two‑hour slot with the lifeguard, and they were very accommodating. I’d recommend booking 24 hours ahead to secure your preferred time. The system was strictly observed and fair for all guests. A supermarket is less than a 10‑minute walk away and had everything we needed. There are also plenty of local restaurants offering authentic Italian food at reasonable prices. The apartments were spacious, clean, and well maintained, with balconies and all the amenities you’d expect. Staff were friendly throughout our stay, and service was consistently good. Overall, a great option for families who are happy to stay just outside the centre and want the bonus of a pool during the summer heat.

Great hotel, amazing staff. The apartments are huge and comfortable, and everyone is great with customers. Special mention to Aurelia at the front desk, she always went above and beyond to help us, I hope she gets a raise soon, well deserved.

We stayed in a one bedroom apartment with a 13yr old and 16 yr old for three nights. Perfect accommodation for our family of four. Great pool and amazing breakfast, the apartment was a lovely space with good air conditioning to relax in after our busy days in Rome. The location is perfect right next to a train station and it takes about 25 mins to get into the centre of Rome. There is an excellent restaurant right next door in case you don’t want to go into Rome one evening. The only thing to improve would be if someone had made the pull out beds, we were told we had to make it ourselves - they are perfectly sufficient but we were not given any instructions and we only worked out how it should be on night three. The initial check in staff we not very helpful and took extra holding money but this was resolved with more experienced staff the next day.

Lovely mid-century property and furniture, spacious well proportioned room and balcony, well decorated common area, wonderful breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. Repair of the mechanical shutter was prompt, efficient and clean. One complaint is the one-time leak from Aircon.

I loved that kids eat free. Bfast was 20€ for adults. They were accommodating to let both kids eat even though only one of us eats bfast. But a horrible arrival experience because I was expecting to get a shuttle as they have listing, but the lady said they did not have a shuttle. Maybe because I did not schedule one ahead of time. Not sure, they did not elaborate. The price was great for the location but you get no daily cleaning unless you request and you’d have to pay extra, you rent the pool towels and you keep them the whole 6 days. And you don’t get fresh towels daily. You pay for new towels if you want them. Or keep the same towels all 6 days. And you take your own trash out. Might be normal for Italy. So we didn’t complain. We were happy with the service, price, and location.

Flight was cancelled so booked 2 rooms here at last minute and went to hotel only to find they could not accommodate us. Lesson we learned is you need to call property directly for last minute bookings. Staff was very helpful in contacting other properties to eventually find us a new place. Hard to say if this is good place or not.

Although the room was not ready at 3pm the reception staff were wonderful throughout the check in process. We stayed for 3 nights and the apartment was spotless and had everything we needed.
