Great location a few minutes from the centre of Bardolino. Consistently friendly and attentive staff. Hotel is very well maintained. Pool areas are excellent.

Our flight was a little delayed so we arrived at the hotel a little late. The receptionist was very friendly and offered us water as it was a long journey. We checked into our room (there was 4 of us), and we couldn't have asked for a better room. Spacious, clean and comfortable beds. Good size bathroom as well with a power shower. The only drawback to the bathroom is that it needed hooks behind the bathroom door to hang clothes, but it was a minor inconvenience. Breakfast was also very good with an excellent spread and good service. The hotel is literally about a 5 - 7 minute walk to the town centre of Bardolino was has plenty of places to eat and drink. You can also catch ferry's to other towns from the harbour and its quite reasonably priced as well. The hotel also has multiple swimming pools. We really enjoyed our stay here..

As for the service, it is not a 4 stars. The massage was given in a cold room with no music and the spa pools had many kids. Additionally, the restaurant’s food is mediocre and low quality. Location is good.

The hotel and spa had excellent facilities. The rooms were very comfortable and well equipped.
The outdoor areas were beautiful although during this busy time it was sometimes difficult to find a deck chair in a shady spot.
The hotel itself is situated a 10 min walk from the lakeside town of Bardolino where there were plenty of options for eating and drinking.

It was a good stay at Aqualux. There are not so many pools in winter but the spa area is very relaxing. Absolutely great the breakfast and the professionalism of the staff there, the highlight of the stay.
