Our flight was a little delayed so we arrived at the hotel a little late. The receptionist was very friendly and offered us water as it was a long journey. We checked into our room (there was 4 of us), and we couldn't have asked for a better room. Spacious, clean and comfortable beds. Good size bathroom as well with a power shower. The only drawback to the bathroom is that it needed hooks behind the bathroom door to hang clothes, but it was a minor inconvenience. Breakfast was also very good with an excellent spread and good service. The hotel is literally about a 5 - 7 minute walk to the town centre of Bardolino was has plenty of places to eat and drink. You can also catch ferry's to other towns from the harbour and its quite reasonably priced as well. The hotel also has multiple swimming pools. We really enjoyed our stay here..

Ein hervorragendes Hotel mit einer einzigartigen Ausstattung, perfekt zum entspannen & Relaxen. Das Hotel verfügt über ein ganz tolles Restaurant, mit guter Auswahl und zur fairen Preisen. Ich würde dieses Hotel mit gutem gewissen weiterempfehlen, alles war besser als erhofft. Wir kommen gerne als Familie wieder.

Equipe atenciosa, como prorroguei minha estadia, ficamos em quatros diferentes e ambos tem o mesmo problema- iluminação muito fraca e falta de controle de temperatura. Café da manhã delicioso e com variedade. Estacionamento muito bom. SPA muito bom, água quente e diferenciado. Excelente hospedagem Super indico

Das Hotel war zwar nicht jedes Zimmer renoviert, aber dennoch kein Nachteil und sehr sauber. Freundliches Personal und ein sehr großzügiger Bade- und Saunabereich. Auch der AußenPool und Whirlpool war sehenswert.

As for the service, it is not a 4 stars. The massage was given in a cold room with no music and the spa pools had many kids. Additionally, the restaurant’s food is mediocre and low quality. Location is good.

The hotel and spa had excellent facilities. The rooms were very comfortable and well equipped.
The outdoor areas were beautiful although during this busy time it was sometimes difficult to find a deck chair in a shady spot.
The hotel itself is situated a 10 min walk from the lakeside town of Bardolino where there were plenty of options for eating and drinking.
