CSI Group - Hotel Central Station

Great stay. Opposite central station. Clean and comfy. I have everything i need. But it wasnt very cheap for a 3 star hotel.

Location is amazing. Newly renovated so very clean and fully functional. Reception is operational 24 hours which is very helpful for any questions.

Excellent location close to the train station and 40 minutes nice walk to Doumo of Milano.

Hotel is very close to train station. It is convenient if you have to take a train. Room condition was okay but noise can travel through the room. Hot water was out in the evening both nights we stayed. They also charged when we left a luggage overnight before came back to stay with them again.

The property entrance was not good. But inside is it very clean and friendly staff. Have coffee machine in the reception Just opposite to railway station and airport buses arrive there.

Was easy to get to my train the next morning across the street at the Milan Central Train Station.

The hotel is around 5-10 mins walk from the train station. Room was okay. No shampoo and conditioner in the room so please prepare it for yourself. Our room had a very bad smell that came from the bathroom.

Within a brief walk from Milano Centralia station, this hotel is extremely convenient. It's across from the station, and has tons of stores and eateries within walking distance. The property is extremely modern, as if it was renovated very recently.

The signs on the exterior of the building for this hotel do cause some trepidation....old tired and stars missing - totally unlike inside, which is bright, modern and immaculately clean in the public areas. The room was the same - modern, immaculate,

I booked this hotel last minute as the previous property i booked cancelled our reservation last minute. I was very happy with our 3 nights stay. It exceeded my expectations. Our room is big and clean. Our bed is comfortable and aircon is a plus. They provided some toiletries like, toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, body wash. They even have slippers. Location is convenient for us since it is just beside the Milan central station. Across the street is the Mercato central with so many food options and restaurants are everywhere. They offer breakfast buffet for 8euro which is decent. Highly recommend this hotel if you want value for money and accessible location.

Simple but very clean

The receptionists humour did not land well. She could have been much more welcoming and helpful.The place is refurbished in the sort of way that it just covers up old dirty interiors. The room faced to a yard containing bins and rubbish from the Chinese restaurant below. The room smelt faintly of sewage.The alternative shown was dark and facing the noisy street. Light shone in around the door from the corridor. The amenities in the bathroom such as cotton pads had been half used and not replaced. The floor was not clean. I did not feel particularly safe and was pleased to leave this property. It’s fine if you want a semi clean youth hostel feel but other than that lol elsewhere.

Good for a short stay close to the airport. Called the hotel shuttle via “whatsapp” and shuttle came within 15 mins.

Unfortunately the experience was ruined by the cleanliness or lack of. I arrived late, crashed but on waking discovered the bottom sheet was soiled ( it was a brown stain… and yes you’re right to think that)

Very clean, almost sterile feeling hotel conveniently located across from the bus to the airport. Internet issues during my stay, which made things less than ideal. Great location if you are getting up for an early flight.

Nice, functional hotel in a very convenient location across the street from gare Milano. Appearance from the outside might leave you questioning your decision, but inside seems to be newly renovated with floors in reception/ common areas sparkling. Room was very bright. Bed was comfortable. Better detailed dusting would be my only recommendation to cleaning crew.

We chose this hotel for its proximity to the Milan central train station. We stayed three nights but Tila, the night manager, did not allow us to stay at the hotel lobby for 3 hours (after checking out) while waiting for the train station to reopen. Unfortunately, we did not know that this train station closes between 1 and 4 AM, and that all travellers must leave the premises. Tila’s reasons? 1. We were no longer registered. 2. She did not know us, implying that we could be bad people ourselves (but our passports were checked upon arrival). 3. She could be in trouble with the police if she allowed us to stay. 4. The hotel was fully booked. So, at a time when our own security was compromised, Tila literally threw us out in the rain to fend for ourselves. Objectively, what do we think of this experience? 1. The hotel is clean. 2. The other staff are great (shout out to Sinna and Pheobe). 3. Our situation could have been handled better. Conclusion: We cannot recommend this hotel unless the owner/senior mgt gave us assurances that our safety concerns have been addressed and that staff have been coached. The nagging question is that what if this happened to our children and their friends who do not have the same financial resources and travel experience? What if this happened to you or your young children? In the end, this property did not serve the purpose it was chosen for. Nor did it give us the security we needed while travelling in an unfamiliar place.

Just close to milan centrale station. Fair walk to city centre,because we didnt want to use underground. The hotel staff was understanding and overall we had a good experience.
