We arrived super late after a delayed train. Front desk group was very helpful. Room was clean. We stayed during a hot summer and the air conditioning worked very well. Would use it again.

El hotel esta super bien ubicado al lado de la estación de tren milano central, por el lado de los buses que salen para los aeropuertos, eso es excelente, te bajas o te subes al bus, teniendo el hotel a pocos metros. El hotel por fuera es muy feo su fachada, pero cuando entras, ya se ve bien y los cuartos están bien, con un buen baño, el desayuno lo pague aparte y por 8 euros, me pareció muy completo. El staff del lobby muy amable y están 24 horas.

no AC , they have old ac everywhere that doesn’t cool, and give you sleepless night , location is very nice that made me give 3 stars

The room was clean and staff helpful. Great location and super convenient to central station. For being so close, it was actually pretty quiet, too. The negative for us was the air conditioning. The room was small, but the unit just didn't seem capable of cooling it well. The staff said the unit was working fine, so we just slept at the end of the bed to feel more air from the unit. We did not eat the breakfast because it looked pretty basic and not worth the fee.

Room was very clean. Great location for Central Station and underground. Nice little bar area in the hotel with cold beers and soft drinks. €5 for large beer. Free coffee machine. Don't be put off by exterior which is a bit jaded. Inside is modern and looks recently refurbished.

Very helpful and friendly staff. They accommodate us earlier than check-in time which was great after long flight from Australia. Very clean room and bathroom. Sound proofing. Excellent location cross the road from central station. Very convenient when you have an early train to catch.

The bed was uncomfortable and was directly opposite the fridge which made it quite hard to sleep at night with the light from the fridge directly in front of you. I had to sleep with my eye mask on. It was tricky to find the hotel lobby because the building was shared by multiple motels but it was manageable.
