Hilton Milan

Greeted promptly. Close to the Milan Train Station. Clean and great rooms.

It was a very nice place to stay. Very friendly staff especially the lady who meets you at the breakfast. She is a friendly and nice.

The location and customer service are exceptional. The hotel is under renovation which is needed. This would seem to be one of the original Hilton's.

Staff were all pleasant. Very clean hotel. Steps from Central Station and tour bus stop. Lots of restaurants within walking distance, just pick a direction. I have No complaints.

Staff were very empowered. Had an issue with hot water and when I call the reception, they immediately assigned another room for me to shower. And when checking out they plesantly offered my Hilton pounts for the inconvenience.

We were in Milan for only 1 night in transit to return home the next day via Malpensa. This was a perfect location for us - near Milano Centrale - 10 minute walking distance. Hotel was very quiet and the room was a great size, well-appointed + air conditioning! If you need a spot near the Centrale train station - I would recommend.

Very helpful staff

The train station was 5 mins walk and lots of shops inside so it’s convenient for travelling and 15mins to city centre. Stayed for my husbands birthday and requested for cake or something complimentary special, normally hotels do desserts but they gave macaroons in tray with a bit fruit which looked tacky and cheap. I was disappointed when I asked the assistant manager that they charge. I’ve paid £400 for 2 nights and that’s what we get served as Hilton members? I wouldn’t stay here again, there’s more hotels with better serve and hospitality, didn’t make our occasion or stay special. Also found dust in room, and dirty carpet and such a small bathroom, towels next to the toilet so don’t know how the hygiene standards work there. Also saw a rat outside the hotel.

Hotel staff were nice and helpful, room was clean and spacious.

Go outside and the folks hanging around the building should not be hanging around right by the building. I understand that parking underneath the hotel is not run by hotel but why not make it a better experience for the folks that want to drive and use the parkade? Seems sketchy to me but perhaps I am use to hotels that provide clean, well lit and secure parking. Breakfast was good. Room itself was good. Gym was adequate.

We found the staff to be so friendly and helpful. From the very start the check-in was easy. We got there early and were not expecting to get straight into our room however by the time we had a drink at the excellent bar, our room was ready. Its proximity to Milan Central also was very convenient as we utilised the trams metro and buses making it easy to get around the city. I would definitely stay there again
