As I checked in, the reception did not give me the wifi password, after I returned to the hotel after 10pm, I called to the front desk and service hotline, no one picked up the phone, I went down to the reception in the next day, I complained to the front desk, they said that they are busy, and ask me to wait, they did not say sorry at all, I felt bad. This is the worst service I have ever had before in the 5 stars hotel.

酒店硬件非常不錯, 地理位置也很好, 在火車站走路約5分鐘, 環境也比較安靜, 上一次去酒店還不提供免費WIFI, 今次房間終於有免費WIFI, 很不錯的提升. 唯一缺點是不設停車場, 旁邊有停車場但要付費.

Chambre spacieuse et propre. Personnel à l’écoute et souriant. Nous n’avons pas testé le petit déjeuner donc nous ne pouvons pas donner notre avis dessus. Cependant, je tiens à préciser que l’emplacement de l’hôtel est parfait ! Nous avions prévus une journée au lac de Côme et sommes rentrées très tard, ce fut un réel soulagement d’avoir un hôtel à 5 minutes à pied de la gare centrale de Milan. Excellent séjour, nous réserverons à nouveau cet hôtel si un autre séjour à Milan se présente.
