Hotel Belsito

First the address brought us to a place down the road. 2nd the entire place was very worn down. The room was very large but walls were paper thin. A neighboring room had a dog in their room barking for hours. You could hear people shouting and varying on till all hours of the night. The only redeeming quality this hotel had was the buffet breakfast.

Great hotel. Very clean. Only thing there is no shelf in shower for soap.

I never stayed in this property and they refused to issue me a refund. I was meant to book Hotel Bel Sit in Milan. I was never even in this city, cancelled days before, and the staff was unwilling to have any discussion about a refund, or communicate at all. On top of that Expedia listed my stay as a completion although it was cancelled. I wouldn’t even book It.

Hotel Belsito is a nice place to stay if you are traveling with a car, as they have free onsite parking. The hotel is clean and comfortable, it also has a pool which is a nice extra. They have laundry service but it is very expensive, there is a lavanderia close by where you can bring clothing to be washed if you need.

Excellent service! Staff are very polite and friendly. Gianni made us feel comforatble during our stay. He picks us up from the airport and waited eventhough we arrived late. He was very hospitable and accomodating. The location is ideal to visit Pompei, Sorrento, Amalfi Coast and Capri. We stayed her for 5 days and 4 nights. Our room has overlooking view of Castelcicala hill. It has an outdoor pool but we couldn’t use because it was open until 6pm only. Overall we were satisfied with there service

Very good hotel, good standards, swimming pool and free parking space and a really good breakfast. Not far from Naples, Caserta, Salerno and Sorrento. That’s my 2nd visit over two years.

This hotel was a last minute choice when a previous booking fell through. The area of Nola that it is in is pretty sketchy though when you get in the gate of the hotel it is good. Our triple room was very spacious and the AC worked well, shower was nice, but beds were hard and pillows were like cement. The WIFI never worked well on our floor (they had different access points all over the hotel so you had to reconnect when you moved from your room to the lobby or to the dining room.) Maria at the desk was nice but nothing they could do to help with internet access. Morning breakfast had nice crescent rolls and yoghurt, some sliced meat and cheese, fruit and various cake like offerings but the coffee was from a Nescafe machine and it tasted like instant! Finally asked a staff member and he made me a real cappuccino at the bar. Worth asking to get the good stuff. Nice but small pool outside that was only open until 6pm so we couldn't use it after our day of sightseeing in Naples. Best part of our stay was asking 2 local women where there was a good restaurant for dinner and they went out of their way to walk us there! Took the train from Nola to Naples, almost an hour trip on a train with many local stops but better to be in Naples without a car!

the property was difficult to find one way streets sat didn't like. The WIFI didn't work .The bathroom was very tight if you sat on the toilet your feet where in the shower and I am only 5ft tall. We went to the restaurant and waited for the menu which didn't come the waiter who was scruffy asked if we spoke Italian when we said not much offered a choice of 3 meals when we asked for a menu he disappeared .

Room was very cleaned. Staff was very polite. Location is also great to all other amenities. Highly recommend it.

Pleasant hotel in Nola that I use as a base for business I do locally. Nola itself has little to offer but its location makes for an ideal cost effective place from which to explore Pompeii and the Amalfi coast if you are on holiday.

Always stay here as close to family , cheap clean hotel , own car park too

Service was great and friendly. Breakfast was fine - yogurts, some fruit, cakes, breads, salami, ham, and cheese, coffee etc. Free Wifi and parking was ok - Wifi a tad slow and parking was very busy and tight for the van we had. Pool fine but too deep for children under 130cm tall. Rooms small and aged but beds were fine. Bathroom smelled but spraying some air spray took care of that. Tour bus pulled in each evening 9 - 10pm so some noise from there but also had banquets each evening until 11:30 - 12:00 with music. Had a nice large mall located about 5km away. Need a car to get away to see sights.

The hotel staff were friendly and even allowed us to eat in the restaurant when we arrived back late from our day excursion

The hotel receptionist was welcoming. The rooms were clean and tidy. The surrounding area let this short break down.
