Excellent service! Staff are very polite and friendly. Gianni made us feel comforatble during our stay. He picks us up from the airport and waited eventhough we arrived late. He was very hospitable and accomodating. The location is ideal to visit Pompei, Sorrento, Amalfi Coast and Capri. We stayed her for 5 days and 4 nights. Our room has overlooking view of Castelcicala hill. It has an outdoor pool but we couldn’t use because it was open until 6pm only. Overall we were satisfied with there service

Very good hotel, good standards, swimming pool and free parking space and a really good breakfast. Not far from Naples, Caserta, Salerno and Sorrento. That’s my 2nd visit over two years.

Hotel Belsito is a nice place to stay if you are traveling with a car, as they have free onsite parking. The hotel is clean and comfortable, it also has a pool which is a nice extra. They have laundry service but it is very expensive, there is a lavanderia close by where you can bring clothing to be washed if you need.

Service was great and friendly. Breakfast was fine - yogurts, some fruit, cakes, breads, salami, ham, and cheese, coffee etc. Free Wifi and parking was ok - Wifi a tad slow and parking was very busy and tight for the van we had. Pool fine but too deep for children under 130cm tall. Rooms small and aged but beds were fine. Bathroom smelled but spraying some air spray took care of that. Tour bus pulled in each evening 9 - 10pm so some noise from there but also had banquets each evening until 11:30 - 12:00 with music. Had a nice large mall located about 5km away. Need a car to get away to see sights.
