Staf was great. Good breakfast.

Faded grandeur - wonderful. Reminiscent of grand Budapest hotel. Amazing pool - always quiet. Who needs bells and whistles - great hotel - will be back again.

Up on a hill overlooking Ostuni, Hotel Incanto is charming and tells its story of a strong character in its heyday. Old. But beautiful and has all the charm of somewhere you want to stay to visit the past. Clean and with an incredible view! The staff helped me check in even though I was there very very late (midnight).

Nice hotel rooms need updating. Very nice swimming pool in the countryside. Hotel 20-30 minutes walk to Ostuni centre.

stayed for x2 nights - very good location and great views of Ostuni

AC not working correctly in room. Temp in room over 30 degress. Took a while to change room even though there were only 4-5 rooms filled in hotel. Room we changed to was cooler but AC would not turn on. We accepted as it was late with 2 children but it was a hot sleep

This is really a great location overlooking Ostuni & only a couple of minutes drive from the main historic centre. Whilst it is fair to say that the hotel does need quite significant investment to refurbish the rooms in particular, it is great value for money with fantastic views of the "Città Bianca & the Puglia coast. The pool area was very nice & a bonus that it was actually open so early in the season. We ate at the hotel a couple of times & whilst nothing special the food was fine & actually much better value than we had in a couple of the town's restaurants. The drinks in particular were really cheap compared with town with beers at €2 & a bottle of wine from €12! The general service & friendliness of the staff was the best part of the experience however & this always goes a long way to forgiving the fact that the hotel was old fashioned & badly in need of refurbishment & modernisation. And with that view I think that there can be few if any locations to beat it.

Desde luego este hotel no deja indiferente, nada más llegar te reciben unas vistas increíbles de Ostuni y una vez dentro los empleados nos recibieron con un trato inmejorable, pero cuando llegas a la habitación es como haber hecho un salto al pasado, es cierto que todo estaba muy limpio pero la moqueta del suelo y el mobiliario anticuado te dejaba un poco impactado y más impactados nos quedamos cuando llegamos al área de la piscina y nos encontramos con unas instalaciones modernas y preciosas. Parecían dos hoteles distintos. El buffet super completo y riquísimo. Valorando pros y contras para nosotros es un clarísimo si. Solo usamos el hotel para dormir una noche y refrescarnos del calor de Ostuni, y nos resultó práctico y hasta divertido toda su extravagancia, eso sí nada de andar descalzos por la habitación.

Excelente hotel. Antigo porém extremamente confortável com um café da manhã espetacular. Cama e chuveiro bons. Roupa de cama e toalhas de ótima qualidade. Uma vista linda de Ostuni. Parabéns a toda equipe!!!

Hotel des annees 70 , propre mais vieillot, wifi peu performant, belle piscine, plutot familles et enfants , donc bruyant, petit dejeuner qualité moyenne. Personnel sympa

Bella struttura, letti comodi, bisognerebbe solo rinnovare un po'

Struttura un po datata che ha bisogno di un po di rinnovo, comunque pulita e personale super e buona colazione l’area relax con piscina e’ favolosa con una bella vista panoramica su Ostuni.

Piscina meravigliosa, camera con mobilio vecchio e moquette macchiata. Bagno da rimodernare. Colazione varia, qualità accettabile. Vista panoramica favolosa. Buon soggiorno complessivamente.
