Staff were top notch from the reception to the breakfast staff. Particular mention Shane and Alyssa. The staff are the icing to the cake since the hotel’s walking distance to popular sites, shopping and restaurants sells itself. Would suggest the addition of face towels and bar soap to bathroom amenities.

The staff were good. The bar is excellent (especially with a credit and a happy hour discount!) - good quality, elegant surroundings. The room is good (in an old school style). The location is terrific (though a taxi to the front can be challenging - it is right in front of the Parliament building). Downsides - the wifi has very low bandwidth, and the towels could be softer!

Great support by Salah the hub boy and cosimoto the front desk attendant. Only bad thing is smell in room. Although they tried very hard to fix it with disinfectant and air freshener. Great breakfast. Healthy and fresh. Visited 1 night in Dec20 w my wife. From sultanate of oman
