Our stay at Hotel Nazionale in Rome was absolutely wonderful! The location couldn't have been more perfect—within walking distance of so many of Rome's incredible attractions, making it easy to explore the city. What truly made our stay exceptional was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating from the moment we arrived. They went above and beyond to make us feel at home and even recommended some amazing local restaurants that turned out to be some of the best meals we had during our trip. The combination of outstanding service, a prime location, and genuine hospitality made this hotel a highlight of our visit to Rome. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Hotel Nazionale to anyone planning a trip to the Eternal City!

The Nazionale Hotel was a wonderful place to stay. The location was excellent—close to things we wanted to see, making it easy to explore the area on foot. The hotel was very clean, and our room was comfortable and well maintained. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend the Nazionale Hotel to anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and comfortable place to stay.

Great location- central to many locations. Breakfast selection was great. Salvatore at the front desk was very welcoming. I left my wallet in the room safe and the staff did everything possible to make sure I got it back in time before I left to Florence!

The front desk staff were super helpful! Very clean room and loved having room service. Would have loved a gym and quieter rooms as I was next to the elevator and heard everyone all night long as well as the birds outside squealing all night long (not chirping, squealing like dogs in a kennel).

The room was beautiful and spacious, and the hotel was relatively quiet considering how full it was. Though they advertise rooms as "soundproof," that is not exactly accurate, as you can hear your upstairs neighbors clearly. Breakfast was good - enough to get you through the day, and the wait staff was very friendly. Location is perfect - off the beaten path, but a 5- 10-minute walk from some of the major locations (Pantheon, Trevi). Salvatore was by far the friendliest, most caring front staff person there. He was helpful, kind, and really seemed to love his job. The rest were not memorable.

This comfortable hotel was in a great location for everything we wanted to do. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our bed (and pillows!) were comfortable and the air conditioning worked well during the heatwave. I would definitely stay again.

Because of the hotel's proximity to the Parliament building, there is a police security post that often raises the barriers, preventing cars from reaching the hotel. Their plan for how to help customers traveling by car is woefully inadequate bordering on sheer incompetence. The hotel never recommended parking in a local garage and take a taxi to the hotel. They simply said to call, which I did only to be told to call again. I circled the hotel twice due to the barrier being up. I was lucky to get in only to be surrounded by police at the hotel's entrance. I was ordered to exit immediately. Luckily my wife, mother, and sister were allowed to exit the vehicle, but not our bags. The hotel gave my wife an address of a garage that was a mile away, which required us to transport the bags by ourselves with not assistance from the hotel. When we arrived, drenched in sweat, no offer to help us with our bags or offers of water were given by front desk workers. When we asked for water, they told us to go to the bar. I was quite frustrated, but the clerk (Omar) would not accept any responsibility for the lack of competent assistance. I spoke with the manager (Roberta), who while friendly, didn't seem to understand how dreadful an experience this was for us, and how they should've done better. She simply said she would investigate, and offered us a round of "digestifs" at the bar. When leaving, I had to again walk to my car, only to be stopped by police. What a terrible experience!!!
