The hotel was excellent. I had a problem with my flight, but they did not cancel my reservation. When I arrived, my room was ready for me. The breakfast was amazing!

Great location, great hotel, friendly staff. Only the parking situation was a bit unexpected as it was simply on the street in front of the office rather than a private parking area. But overall greaty

Enjoyed our stay. Staff awesome- Maximilian’s, and both Lorenzos.
Well located. Enjoyed the ambiance and breakfast. Minor downside- the room felt a little tight. As I said, minor issue. Would stay there again.

Few steps to the metro station, convenience location. Room is clean. Front desk is not friendly nor welcoming, staff at the breakfast seem too busy to help with the guest. Poor sound proof of the room, you can hear the guest conversations and TV playing. Very small washrooms.

This five-star hotel does not have a restaurant. However, the breakfast was excellent, and the staff was great. The area where the hotel is located has road construction. Parking is expensive because the hotel is very close to the old town. The staff was friendly and competent.

The street is under construction and makes access almost imposible Hotel looks ugly and old from outside I think they should advice customers of inconvenience ahead of time and not lied with not real pictures on web
I didn’t wanted to stay there and they won’t give me any kind of refund, very disappointed

The hotel staff are very good, friendly and try to help. The problem was in my room the noise from the room next-door was terrible. this wasn't because the room next-door was particularly loud it's just the walls are extremely thin. I could hear every word and felt as if I was in the same room. The food is mediocre at best and the TV was so dirty i didn't even want to touch it.
