Hotel is located close to city center but is not a 5-star hotel for the name.

Tout parfait, seulement la femme de chambre ne rapportait pas d’apres shampooing tous les jours, il fallait en redemander.

Was a great location if you are willing to use the metro. It’s near a much calmer shopping street with a few cafes sprinkled around, however not many late night dining. More ideal for the business or second time visitors to Milan.

Établissement de qualité. Les chambres sont spacieuses et la literie très confortable Les produits de toilette sont suffisants et les serviettes de toilettes et la présence des peignoirs est un plus. Le petit déjeuner est parfait.

We liked our room and this hotel very much. The desk staff was very courteous and professional. They offered us great recommendations for nearby dining and made calls for taxis when we needed them. The breakfast was very good but we were sad the restaurant was closed for renovations as we would have liked to try it.

Sono un assiduo cliente dell'hotel Pierre e ritorno sempre volentieri per il confort , per la disponibilità del personale , la qualita della colazione e per lo charme della struttura. Ottimamente ubicato nel pieno centro di Milano.

Excelente todo. Como unos 10 a 15 minutos caminando del Duomo. El buffet de desayuno espectacular. Me volvería a hospedar ahí.

Excellent and helpful staff. Joel was outstanding. Excellent room. The only downside was the shower area. The shower is in a deep bathtub. It was very difficult to enter and exit due to a permanent glass panel occupying half of the bathtub.There is a grab bar, however, it was not properly located to safely exit the bathtub. Also, there are hazardously located faucets on the side of the bathtub whereas if one should fall, one could impail onesself. The tub basin is slick. Joel brought a rubber bathmat for better traction, however, one could not locate the mat properly to stand under the rainshower head and step out of the tub due to the long glass partition.

Breakfast was quite excellent. Both food and service were excellent. Had a good dinner at the restaurant and appreciated Massimo's attentive service and his recommendations on sight seeing. Room temperature was not good. Resolution to that was slow, with move to another room on second night the resolution.

Room was very spacious and clean. Staff were exceptionally accommodating and helpful. Location was convenient to attractions, shopping and restaurants. Would stay here again!

Excelente Atención

Very poor front desk service. The bald gentleman seemed like he was doing me a favor checking me out of 3 rooms. Very unfriendly. The property is not 5 stars. The restaurant is closed and so was the bar. The area around the elevator and common area lights turned off. Very un-inviting. The AC in my room didn’t work properly and there was street construction outside the hotel. Please tell your guests line all other hotels do that the restaurant is closed and so is your bar. Modify your Expedia description. I never companion. Ever. This one I do for my fellow travelers. DO NOT STAY HERE.
