During the check-in, I was told that they only had one room left and it would be a “city” view. I told him I had a “sea” view reserved through Hotels.com. He then gave me a sea view room after that. Why should I have to do that challenge?

Pengalaman yang sangat mengerikan. Saya tiba di hotel tengah malam dan tidak mendapat kamar dengan alasan yang tidak jelas dan tanpa pemberitahuan sebelumnya dari pihak hotel. Mereka menawarkan hotel lain dan resepsionis memperdayain saya mengatakan hotel penganti dekat dan akan membayar taxi untuk mengatar. Ternyata hotel sangat jauh di luar kota 45 menit dengan jalan tol dan membuat saya sangat ketakutan sehingga tidak berani melanjutkan perjalanan dan meminta taxi kembali ke hotel. Tetap tidak ada solusi untuk saya sehingga saya menunggu dengan kedinginan di lobby hotel sampai pagi. Sungguh merusak recanan liburan saya di napoli dan tidak ingin kembali ke kira itu. Semoga tidak ada yang mengalami hal seperti saya lagi 😭😥.
