I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding our recent stay. Unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory due to multiple issues with the room, facilities, and customer service. When we arrived at 3 PM, we were informed that our reserved room was not ready, and we were assigned a different room instead. However, the room had a completely different layout, was uncomfortably small, and did not meet our expectations. Upon requesting a room change, we were required to pay an additional €100 for reasons that were not clearly explained. To make matters worse, the bathroom and shower in the new room had rust-colored water coming from the taps, which we only realized after my wife and child had already used it. As a result, they developed skin issues, which significantly impacted our trip. When we reported the issue, we were told that we could only move to the originally reserved room. We had to change rooms late at night, and while we received a small cake with a note apologizing for the inconvenience, it did little to improve our overall experience. Throughout this ordeal, the reception staff never offered a sincere apology, and despite being told that the hotel manager would contact us, we never received any communication during our three-day stay.

위치 휼륭합니다. 지하철역에서 가깝고 나폴리공항가는 공항버스타는곳도 걸어갈수 있어요~ 바로 주변에 쇼핑할수 있는 거리가 있고 반디도 있답니당ㅎㅎ 조식도 맛있었어요~ 추천합니다

호텔 주변 치안은 안전한 편입니다. 지하철역도 가깝고 누오보 성과 기타 관광지와도 가까워 걸어다니기 좋습니다. 역주변에서 플레비시토 광장까지 걷는 길에 쇼핑샵들과 레스토랑이 많습니다. 산타루치아 항구와도 가깝고 엘모성 갈 때 타는 푸니쿨라역도 가까이 있습니다. 나폴리에서 위치상으로는 무척 편한 곳입니다. 직원들도 무척 친절합니다.

바다전망 방을 예약했는데 다른방으로 안내받음 바꿔달라고 했더니 방이없다며ㅠ 따졌더니 겨우 방바꿔줌..체크인 할때부터 기분상해서 지냄..조식은 괜찮았음

Sehr guter Service und Sauberkeit, tolle Aussicht und Ausstattung, zentrale Lage. Der Zustand einzelner Details des Zimmers war teilweise etwas „abgenutzt“. Für den deutschen Geschmack etwas zu wenig Vollkorn-Auswahl beim Frühstück. Ansonsten klare Empfehlung, ich komme gerne wieder!

The rooms are clean, and the building looks modern and nice. However, the rooms seem simple, and the walls have a few scratches (I guess from luggage or carts). The street where the hotel is looks a bit dirty and sketchy, but it is well located, so I think it compensates. On our first night at the hotel, we had an incident with room service and some customer service. We raised the complaint, and the Assistant General Manager was very understanding and made it up to us.

Carmen was specially helpful, everybody was kind and caring. The breakfast is very good. Great booking

とにかく眺めが良く素晴らしいです。 ナポリの海を見たいという希望でこのホテルを選んだので大正解でした。 また、フェリーでカプリ島に行く予定もあったので、フェリーターミナルに徒歩で行ける立地で便利でした。 部屋も清潔で、朝食も種類が豊富で美味しかったです。 周辺にはレストランやスーパーがあって便利です。 高層階のためとても静かでした。

Localização excelente, segura! Único ponto que não me agrada é ser um hotel imenso, com vários grupos de turistas invadindo o café da manhã e elevadores lentos…

When traveling for business, you get the free upgrade, but when you travel with family, you get the lowest quality room until you complain. Rooms where you can barely walk around the bed and you feel every coil in the mattress. Only after you complain will you get the good room. This was certainly our experience at this hotel, which we found was not uncommon in this area. This hotel has some fantastic rooms, but it also has rooms the hotel should be ashamed of having. Hotel had plenty of vacancy
