Best hotel I've ever stayed at over almost five decades of travel in Europe.

stayed there 3 nights earlier in a smaller room, now bigger, nice balcony in bedroom with view of the street, living area from the courtyard side of the building, double shower in the bathroom but no handheld shower heads(not like first room we stayed in , so if one does not have shower cap(this for the ladies) - it might be problematic. nice marble in the bathroom but not entire wall covered with it - in the shower there is some dark mold on the paint. overall, we preferred the smaller room we stayed before. However still same friendly staff, family like atmosphere - so we love this brand of hotels - and will continue to stay in them especially in Verona - our yearly tradition of opera outing with side trips to the small Italian towns and villages that are not overrun by tourists highly recommend this hotel in Torino ( but a little white paint in the bathroom will do wonders)

Very comfortable and clean. There was an issue with our room temperature but they fixed it right away. 5 minute walk to John the Baptist Church. Lots of shopping and food around.

Staff was great, room was great. Parking is pretty far and not a great place.

Ideal location, minutes away from all of the main attractions but still quiet. Our basic room was a little cramped around the bed area but was otherwise well appointed. Facilities limited, this is not a large hotel, hence 4 stars. Staff are friendly and helpful, hotel is clean. Breakfast excellent.

Centrally located hotel making it very close to numerous locations of interest. Property is well maintained, clean and has wonderful staff. Nice places to eat, shop and sites to see close by

Fantastic hotel with everything you could need for your stay. Clean room with full amenities, including a decent hairdryer, iron, tv, coffee, kettle - often hard to come by in a hotel! All the staff were friendly and helpful, including quick ordering of taxi’s! The hotel is in a great location very central, lots of restaurants, bars, shops around. Highly recommend!
