Negril Tree House was an excellent place to stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. Food was reasonable and the extra amenities were great - massage and pickleball court. We will definitely be going back!

Only downfall was our room was in need of a bathroom reno, shower was a tub/shower combo with poor water flow. The other travellers in our group their bathrooms were updated. Rooms are clean, beds are great, rooms are cool and fridges keep the Red Stripe cold.

Size not overwhelming. Rooms lovely grounds well kept beach right there. Staff kind and helpful. I wish it wasn’t so far away from airport

When I had issues with the air conditioning the first night, Jackie had Maintenance attend to it immediately and actually upgraded us to a better room due to the inconvenience

We enjoyed our stay at this resort in Negril. Location is perfect. The onsite restaurant was reasonably priced and served great food. Having a free breakfast each morning was refreshing. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back to Treehouse!

The resort was comfortable, rooms good & staff friendly.
Lack of staff @ supper, we waited 50 minutes for our meal. When it arrived the waiter/bar attendant was sweating profusely dripping into our food, complaining that he was the only person doing that job & making excuses. Fish was deep fried dry & waiter didn’t seem to care about overcooked fish again making excuses, not very professional.

This is my third stay. I always enjoy the breakfast buffet which allows you to try authentic Jamaican dishes. The resort is quiet, bathrooms have been renovated, and the cleaning staff keeps the room so clean. The resort sits right on the beach so you can enjoy the sunrise and the sunset. They are currently renovating the bar area as well.
