I chose this hotel because I needed to fly on the first flight from Sapporo. Surprisingly, it was so good. They even gave me a room with a window facing the runway, so I could watch airplanes landing and take off. The location is just one floor down from the domestic departure terminal, so it was so convenient to get around, especially since there are also many stores and cafes around. The hotel staff can speak good English, and the cleaning lady helped me get used to opening the classic type of door key that they still use. Overall, I am super happy to stay at this hotel.

It's very convenient if you are arriving late and want to rest before continuing your journey for the next day. The furnishings and room looks dated, but you can see the effort put in by the staff to keep it clean. Check in was fast and effortless too.

Conveniently located within the airport, if you need a place to stay in overnight. After 8 pm, the food stores near the hotel close down, and there isn't a restaurant in the hotel itself, so make sure to get your dinner early!

Super convenient location to the arrivals terminal at the airport, which is what I was looking for. Buffet breakfast in the morning was excellent. Rooms were basic and clean, rather noisy due to proximity to the airport but, something you have to compromise for location.

One of the my worst hotel customer experience I have encountered in Japan. I asked for help during check-in to contact the airlines for damaged luggage, but the front counter staff cut me off coldly saying that they are a hotel and not the airport without empathy or offering any suggestions. During breakfast service, the staff stationed at the breakfast area was rude and did not even bothered greet us as if we owe her money. The rooms are old, dusty and mattress was sagging. For the amount paid, you can find a way better hotel. Definitely won’t recommend unless you are in for lousy service and backaches.
