The location is good and easy to find. It was very practical if you arrived late at night or for transition purposes. The hotel also prepares some food to buy in their lobby. It was a nice and pleasant experience.

I chose this hotel because I needed to fly on the first flight from Sapporo. Surprisingly, it was so good. They even gave me a room with a window facing the runway, so I could watch airplanes landing and take off. The location is just one floor down from the domestic departure terminal, so it was so convenient to get around, especially since there are also many stores and cafes around. The hotel staff can speak good English, and the cleaning lady helped me get used to opening the classic type of door key that they still use. Overall, I am super happy to stay at this hotel.

Clean, presentable, and comfortable airport hotel with a well-prepared breakfast buffet that starts at 6 AM for those of us with early morning flights. The room is quite spacious by Japanese hotel standards—my wife and I were able to open up all 3 of our big suitcases very easily in the room.

The draw to this hotel was the convenience of being able to walk a short distance to our flight because the hotel is literally adjacent to the airport. For that, you pay a premium price. Otherwise, the room was quiet and comfortable, in need of updating in terms of design yet still adequately functional. The staff were friendly, helpful and courteous. The breakfast (the only meal option offered) was very good, loads of tasty choices both Japanese and western. The mall at the airport has lunch and dinner restaurants but be aware that if you arrive in the early evening on a Sunday as we did, most of the mall restaurants close early. For a one-night stay, it worked very well.
