The location is good and easy to find. It was very practical if you arrived late at night or for transition purposes. The hotel also prepares some food to buy in their lobby. It was a nice and pleasant experience.

I chose this hotel because I needed to fly on the first flight from Sapporo. Surprisingly, it was so good. They even gave me a room with a window facing the runway, so I could watch airplanes landing and take off. The location is just one floor down from the domestic departure terminal, so it was so convenient to get around, especially since there are also many stores and cafes around. The hotel staff can speak good English, and the cleaning lady helped me get used to opening the classic type of door key that they still use. Overall, I am super happy to stay at this hotel.

Clean, presentable, and comfortable airport hotel with a well-prepared breakfast buffet that starts at 6 AM for those of us with early morning flights. The room is quite spacious by Japanese hotel standards—my wife and I were able to open up all 3 of our big suitcases very easily in the room.

Doors are hard to unlock and lock from outside. Paneling on the interior wall was falling off. Breakfast food wasn’t good for Japan standards but it’s an airport hotel so what do you expect? Bed was firm but comfortable enough I fell asleep. The view outside the window at night with the colorful runway lights was surprisingly beautiful! Didn’t use the onsen.

Only good thing was that it’s convenient right at arrival area. Other than that - the hotel is old and smelly and dirty. I was forced to pay extra to upgrade to non-smoking room - but the room still smelled like smoke. Everywhere looked dirty! Really uncomfy - would never stay again!

Crystal clean room and facilities. The onsen is truly the best — relaxing, spotless, and perfect after a long trip. The only thing I was a little sad about is that I wished for longer onsen hours, especially for guests with late flights. Breakfast was okay — not a lot of variety, but enough to be satisfying. Overall, a convenient and comfortable stay right at the airport.
