I'm very pleased with my stay at APA Hotel. It was a great experience. The hotel is located near Ginza, so I just walked my way to go sightseeing in the surrounding area. Many food options near the hotel, and the food was tasty. The cake house near the hotel was fabulous; my wife almost went there every day.

It is conveniently located close to major department stores in Ginza. The hotel gives me clean towels, paper cups and pajamas every time I leave used towels outside of my room. I use my own pajamas and do not use paper cups. It is waste to give out paper cups and pajamas every time.

Room a bit too small, but it is to be expected APA hotel rooms in Japan. I'm travelling solo with a medium size roller back and a backpack. If you 2 people and a big suit cases then it might be hard to move around. Bed a bit soft, I like firm bed. Overall I do like APA hotels, reasonable rate. This hotel is about 15+ minutes walk from Tokyo station, Yaesu South exit

Check-in was very chaotic and un-organized. It took longer to check in here than any other property we stay in. There is only one elevator for an 11 story building, which made moving between floors timely and inconvenient.

great location, close to Ginza and a few 24/7 food options, also close to the metro and easy ride to Haneda Airport. Room was a bit small but it is clean and comfortable. Also a bit old and unfortunately only one lift. Staff are very nice.

I love this chain. I just wish they had a second elevator. Nice area, walking distance to three stations, including Tokyo Station. 7-11 & Family Mart right on the corner.

Truly a wonderful stay in when you just need somewhere to rest in while you’re mostly outside exploring. Be mindful that this is more of a capsule size hotel so if you love a spacious room, don’t come here. Although I’ve seen families come stay here, so I imagine there are spacious room for the families. The staff was so wonderful and helpful! I still think about the breakfast buffet sometimes.

Very convenient location, but a bit small for any Western standards. Only good for 1 or perhaps couple … we were 2 independent individuals and sharing a bed was somewhat inconvenient. We also did not have cold water… the common - sink/shower faucet - provided only boiling temperatures. Super helpful, polite and pleasant personnel, thank you very much for everything!

We had a great time in Tokyo in spite of your hotel. Our room had wall paper falling off the wall, paint chipping and the black out curtains were badly deteriorated(I am happy to provides pictures). The management at breakfast restaurant is horrible and we were so uncomfortable going there that we did not use most of our tickets. The first time the manager started yelling at a customer who had arrived 5 mins late and kicked him out. The second time my husband asked for milk and manager started yelling and gestured him to sit down. When I asked for cream, she sent a more junior girl to help me, and when she gave me cream she started yelling at her and fired her in front everyone there. I complained to the front desk I don’t know if they did anything
