Room was cleaned every day, great amenities selection, no trouble of going down the elevator even though it has 13 floors.

I booked for 2 people, with a double room with 1 bed. It seems like a 140x200 bed, good enough for resting. The room is very spacious, you can open 2 large suitcases and 1 20-inch suitcase. The place is very clean, you get 2 free bottles of drinks. In the lobby, you can refill drinking water, ice cubes, coffee and green tea. Then there is a washing machine and dryer, pay 200 yen to wash clothes and the dryer is 100 yen per 30 minutes. You can buy detergent at the reception too. The receptionist is also very kind, if we ask for help but don't understand how to use the washing machine, we can just ask. If you like to go to Animate, it's very close, just go through the back door and you'll arrive. Downstairs, there is a sevel so if you want to buy anything it's very easy. Close to tourist attractions too. So this hotel is strategic. The only downside is that the room is not very soundproof, so if someone is making noise, it can be heard both inside and outside the room.

For the bunk room and its superior rooms for 2 adults + 2 children it is quite comfortable.

Great location 5 min. Walk from Ikebukuro station. Lots of restaurants and shopping around the hotel. Ichiran ramen and ringo apple pie is recommended. 7-11 on the first floor of the hotel. Room was nice but a little bit small. Bathroom with bathtub. You can ask for leave the luggage overnight.

2 of the female staffs at receptionist, 15 minutes before we checked out (22/04/18) where at that time we were ready to remove the luggages from the room, they contacted and threatened via phone that if we do not immediately check out in 5 minutes then we will be charged an additional 50% from the room rate. Not only that, after we submitted the room key and make sure there were no bills charged, we were expelled like dissolving a crowd of naughty kids. Moreover, 2 of our friends already paid 2,000 yen for late check out when they checked in. After checking out from their room and handing over the room key, the staff rudely asked my friends to pay a late check out back (it’s really bad service failure ). Surprised why this hotel could be the best ratings. Worth a test of service quality back by a bonafide consultant service at this hotel.
