Helpful staff

Beautiful hotel with a 7/11 one block over and a short walk to the cruise port. The staff were so welcoming and helpful.

Nice roomsx friendly service

The check in procedure was poor. QR code required, hard to use as a visitor without wifi. Eventually a staff member came to assist. Bed was very hard, pillows were too soft. Bathroom was very small. No gluten free bakery options provided even though they asked for dietary needs as part of online checkin well in advance. I don't think I could recommend this hotel, unless you're going on a cruise (as we were), then the location makes up for almost all the negatives.

Ideal location for night before cruise. 5 minutes from port. Fridge/freezer and oven in room was ideal. 7/11 shop just along the road so we could cook our own dinner. A welcome stay after a long flight.

Lovely hotel, perfect for harbour or baseball, subway to different bars that was easy.

We were pleasantly surprised at how nice and clean this hotel was. The staff was exceptional and the rooms were clean.

I often stay at this hotel, which is only a few stops away from Yokohama Station. It’s clean, the rooms are spacious, I like the location, and most of the staff members are extremely friendly.

Great place close to the water front and Japan’s largest Chinatown just within a walking distance. Receptionists were very friendly and helpful. Can’t complain. However there is some issue with breakfast booking. We booked breakfast buffet for 2 persons for 2 days which was confirmed in Expedia website but when we went to the restaurant, they said we need the ticket. The tickets were not being issued when checked in and we didn’t realise that as well. Long story short, we didn’t have breakfast there even though we had a confirmation from Expedia. Likely there was some miscommunication between Expedia and the hotel. But I would say the receptionists were all helpful and friendly. Overall satisfied with the stay. Will come back again next time.

We stayed at the Citadines Harbour Front Hotel the night before our cruise and were very impressed! The service at check in was very friendly and fast, perfect after a long day of travel. The room was perfectly clean and well-equipped with a kitchenette. I loved that I could see our ship come into the pier in the morning from our room!

Conveniently located. Front desk service was efficient and luggage storage was appreciated. The room was spacious and kept clean. Would stay here again and would recommend to others.

Pro: Location is great for most of the Yokohama attractions. The two-bedroom suite is HUGE and decent price compares to high end hotel in same area. Cons: Poor customer service at the front desk. Lack of customer greeting when enter and leaving premise. Shocking for Japanese customer etiquette standard. During check-in process the male Japanese staff at the front desk was talking so loud with another customer that we couldn't hear what our staff was saying. The apartment lack basic amenities like hand soap in toilet room, sponge for dish soap at sink, hand towel or paper towel for kitchen. Even though the 2 bedroom unit come with a washer/dryer the front desk cant confirm if it needs detergent? The unit washer/dryer combo sucks and took forever to dry. Overall, this apt style hotel is the least customer centric hotel I experienced during my Japan trip. The customer service especially with the front desk staffs is poor and need a complete re-training.

Citadines is a good choice for cruisers. Osanbashi cruise terminal is jyst a short walk away and we could see our cruise ship from our window. Room was quite small but had good amenities including a small microwave. Bed was very hard unfortunately
