Had a wonderful stay at Citadines Yokohama. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a view of the harbor. One of the best things about this place is the location, it’s just a one minute walk to the nearest station, plus right next door is a recommended Patisserie store named Strasbourg.

7th floor lounge is great. For guests who are jet lagged and have sleeping roommates, the 7th floor is a great place to hang out and read a book, watch TV, grab a snack and a drink, etc., in a very comfortable place.
We also had a super rainy day and fortunately the hotel had plenty of extra umbrellas for guests who were caught without one.
I made a note on a previous review about taking copies of ID for Japan residents, and a manager responded within one day, apologizing and saying that they were going to review that policy with their staff. I appreciated that my concern was heard.

We loved the hotel and its welcoming feel, the staff were excellent they treated us as if we were very special, and the room was spectacular with its facilities and harbour view. Special mention to our check in lady and we were so delighted to be given an upgrade and a birthday gift for my husband. Would definitely recommend

The service here is excellent, with very friendly and welcoming staff. The view is amazing, and our room was very nice, modern, and clean. My husband enjoyed visiting the smoking room and coffee lounge on the 7th floor. We had a nice breakfast buffet at the restaurant. It's very convenient to the subway right outside the main entrance, and within walking distance to other tourist attractions. I left off one star because the bed was a little too stiff for our comfort, but not terrible. I would definitely visit here again. One thing to keep in mind, it is quite a distance from the airport, so make sure your transportation is planned before arrival. I almost forgot - try the delicious tea in the lobby!

-Friendly, Welcoming and Helpful Staff; I would say the best Hotel staff I’ve ever encountered.
-Hotel common areas and rooms are very clean and up to date
-Hotel Amenities such as laundry and coffee bar were great
-Hotel staff stored our luggage prior to check in and stored our luggage after check out and this was great so we could explore more of the city baggage free.
Cons: None
Our initial stay here was so great, that we decreased our time in Kyoto just to go back to the Citadines Hotel in Yokohama the following week.

Very happy that we chose to stay at the Citadines after our cruise. Located immediately over the metro stop and in front of a bus stop. Minutes from the cruise ship port. Room was bright, modern and clean. Access to a guest lounge/gym/laundry was very convenient.

Citadines was an excellent choice for a Yokohama hotel. Very close to the cruise port and all transportation. The rooms were large with kitchen area and sitting area. The laundry room was a great resource as were the lounges with coffee/tea available.

It's located above a rail station so that makes it super easy to travel. Not too busy or noisy. The laundry facilities could use an upgrade but that's about It. Nothing too fancy or out of place. The buffet thing could use a revision or maybe not offer it at all given the cost and selections.
