Had a wonderful stay at Citadines Yokohama. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a view of the harbor. One of the best things about this place is the location, it’s just a one minute walk to the nearest station, plus right next door is a recommended Patisserie store named Strasbourg.

A fantastic hotel with lovely smiley, welcoming staff. We wanted a non smoking hotel near the cruise port with English speaking staff and we certainly got that.
We arrived early morning from the airport. Train to Yokohama then a transfer to the subway and a ride up in the hotel lift from the subway. We were able to drop our luggage into the hotel luaggage storage and go wander around Yokohama for the day.
The breakfast was great and a fusion of western and Japanese buffet. If you are embarking a cruise it is an easy 10 minute walk to the ship. We highly recommend this hotel
