This was the last stay of your 10 day trip. We stayed in hotels before this and those were great, but small. This gave us the option to have a little more space in our own room even if that meant having a shared bathroom.
We picked this place because we wanted to have access to their coffee shop , bar and dining as a convenience before leaving to the airport.

Excellent staff.They diligently worked with the airport to find/get me my lost luggage. Reasonably priced breakfast, drinks, very clean, and in a very safe neighborhood with great transportation options.Takeshi and team rocks!

ホテルは清潔・オシャレですし、セキュリティのロッカーも完備されていましたので、想像以上の快適さでした。
ただ客室のコロナ対策もしっかりしてるとは思いますが、ホテルがバーも併設していて、バーは爆音で音楽を流しているし、バーの客がマスクなしでフロントや階段部分で飲食していたり、入口で喫煙したりしていて、外出以外では1階の共用部に近寄り難かったです。

CITAN is by far the best hostel I’ve ever stayed in!! When we arrived, they greeted us by name before we even introduced ourselves. It felt so wonderful to be welcomed by a team of employees who really cared about their hostel. The hostel was clean (especially important since we visited at the beginning of the COVID-19 scare), well managed, and stylish. The lounge downstairs is awesome, especially when you need a night off from the hustle & bustle. Their cafe is fantastic for breakfast. Their breakfast sandwich was my favorite, and their lattes are delicious. The soaps in the showers/bathroom are locally & ethically sourced, which was a nice touch. One night, a staff member asked us what our plans were for the evening, and the next day, they followed up and asked if we had fun. The employees at CITAN truly go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable, welcomed, and appreciated.

교통도 좋고 분위기도 좋은 숙소입니다. 공용화장실 샤워실 둘 다 깨끗하고 왠만해서는 다른 사람들을 마주치지 않아서 편하게 사용했네요. 직원들도 친절합니다. 참고로 우산을 빌릴 수 있으니 저처럼 편의점에서 우산 사지 마세요ㅠㅠ 2인 1실 2층 침대 방에서 지냈는데 정말 방음이 하나도 되지 않았다는게 아쉽네요. 수건은 매일 새로운 거 달라고 하면 공짜로 주셨는데 먼지가 묻어있어서 털어서 사용했습니다 뭐 너무 기대를 하고 가서 그런지 실망한 케이스? 그래도 이 가격에 영어도 잘 하시고 친절하시고 여행 잘 하고 왔습니다~

Citan Tokyo was great as far as hostels go, new and we'll maintained as well as quiet at night. It's near several metro stops so getting around Tokyo from there is very possible

Wonderful little gem of a place. I booked this needing a place to stay after landing in Tokyo. Location was prime for this as it was close to the train station.
Upon arriving the staff was friendly from the start. Check in was a breeze and my room was exactly what I needed after a 12 hour flight. I will saw I booked a private King bedroom. Bathrooms were SPOTLESS and the shower was clean. The cleanliness of this place should not be overlooked.
The common space is great, good food and good drinks...the workers also should be recognized for their friendliness.
It’s really not fair to call this place a hostel, it seems more than that.

About 10 mins walk, east of Kodemmacho metro station. Huge, modern and well decorated/designed hostel in a nice local neighbourhood. Bathrooms, toilets, kitchen and common area were very clean. Dorms were large and comfortable. Individual lockers with code-lock provided. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good mix of eating options; plenty of family run eating places and franchise fast food joints. Supermarkets are withing walking distance. Tokyo station is 25-30mins south-west.

If you have heavy luggage, suggest you to go by exit A4 of Bakurayamacho station by metro because there is a lift. There is only escalator at Exit A1, no lift, and have to walk a few steps.
There's a lift in this hostel :) bathroom and toilets are clean
