This is such a well run hotel and every staff member from the cleaning crew, to the front desk, to the restaurant, to the ski valets are just wonderful. Our stay was so relaxing and easy. The rooms have everything you need. The beds are so comfortable, the rooms are spotless, and the kitchens well appointed. There are very few hotels I’ve ever been keen to return to in my travels, but this is definitely one we’ll return to when we visit Hokkaido again. Thank you!

The hotel was great, the staff were wonderful, rooms are very nice, and the breakfast was really good. The onsen was also nice, and having access to the other onsens in the area was also a nice bonus. We also appreciated the ski valet service. The only difficult part is that it takes a long time to start skiing from hinode hills. You need to take a slow carpet, to a very short gondola, and then either take multiple chairs up the mountain or ski over to the Hilton to get the main gondola. We really enjoyed hinode hills, but the ski access was not ideal for us.

Wonderful hotel with excellent, large well provisioned rooms. TVs connected to streaming services. True ski-in and out via magic carpet; helpful ski valet. Nice onsen, although indoor and smaller it was very private and not crowded. No convenience store on site to purchase basics but able to get drinks and make purchases at the bar.

We have visited Niseko several times and have always appreciated the high standard of hospitality in Japan. Unfortunately, this stay was the most disappointing service experience we have had so far. We arrived around midnight to check in, and there was only one front desk staff member on duty. From the beginning, his attitude felt quite unfriendly and unwelcoming. There was no greeting, and when I asked if we could check in, he immediately asked for everyone’s passports in a rather abrupt manner. At that moment I didn’t have all of my friends’ passports with me, so I told him I could wait. Meanwhile, one of my friends asked about where we should park our cars. Although he explained twice, my friend still didn’t fully understand. Instead of helping further, he simply said, “I don’t think there is any point explaining it to you a third time.” Another friend then politely asked if he could show us on a map, but he appeared impatient and reluctant to assist. What surprised us even more was that during check-out, there was also no assistance offered with luggage or loading bags into the car. For a property in Niseko, where hospitality is typically excellent, this level of service was quite unexpected. We truly hope the management team will take this feedback seriously and provide better staff training, as the location itself has great potential but the service experience left us disappointed.

Excellent suites, staff, and mountain access. Parking was clunky, and the bar needed better options for drinks and mixers since it’s a very western traveler appeal. Nespresso in rooms is a great touch and loved having washer dryer in room. Noone was in the onsen with me the entire 5 day stay. Would definitely come back and stay!!!

Another wonderful experience. We ventured back to Niseko this year and Hinode Hills was our automatic choice. We loved our experience so much in 2022 that we invited another family along and they stayed in two 1-Bedroom apartments. It was great to see Selena and Novita again this year, it was also meet new staff in Natasha, Olivia and many other friendly and helpful faces. They did everything in their power to assist.

This propertu was true ski in ski out. The decor was stunning and modern. The room was beautiful with everything you could want. Including kitchen, washer/dryer 2 toilets and comfy bed and furniture in the 1 bedroom unit. One of the best things were the staff. They were all so friendly, accommodating and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The restaurant and bar run by Zen was so much more than expected. Delicious food and produce. Breakfast, lunch and dinner menu has endless choices. And we could not fault anything we ate and drank. Sitting in the restaurant on a wall of windows next to the beautiful snow view was amazing. The ski valet is the best we have ever had in all our travels. Jayden, Fraser and Madlyn had your boots at your feet before you even sit down, skis and boards in the rack ready to go and on return helped take off your boots and had warm slippers at the ready.
