Customized welcome with our names written at entrance - felt like a special welcome! Hotel staff was helpful in providing directions to nearby attractions and spots to visit.
Hotel environment felt like home pretty much, hotel staff sent us all the way to room, made us tea and brifed us where all things are. Dining experience is good also - perfect food, environment and services!
Public baths are wonderful also with good scene and special lift experience!

食事時の配膳してくださった方々の素敵な対応で、とても嬉しい気分になりました。
ボンネットバスの運行があることは調べていたのですが、チェックイン時にまったく説明がなかったので、もう予約を受け付けていないのかな、とも思いましたが、それならその説明があれば良かったのにな、と思いました。
食事処と御手洗いの間に喫煙所があるので、食事中に御手洗いに行くと、少々残念な気持ちになります。
でも、それを上回るほどの温泉と、接客！
ありがとうございました。また、機会があれば行きたいです！

宿の外見と違って風呂などの設備や展望台の庭など充実していた。特に露天風呂からの景色は最高。食事も地の素材などが多く使われ美味しく東京から無理して祖谷まで来た甲斐があった。

Als je voor een echte japanse ervaring wilt gaan is dit een tophotel. Gave onsen, tradioneel eten en een manager die zingt. Er gaat bus vanaf oboke maar vanaf daar moet alles te voet. Prachtige omgeving
