訂房時只有吸煙房，出發前聯絡了酒店希望可以安排非吸煙房，check in時，給了非吸煙房，還從8疊upgrade12疊。酒店員工態度親切，房間整潔，搭纜車上天空温泉有特色，酒店晚上還提供免費巴士來回蔓橋，一次很好的住宿體驗。

The staffs are very nice and friendly. I took the bus from Iya Onsen to the hotel in noon. When the bus reached the hotel & we just got off the bus, the hotel staff had already waited & managed to pick up our luggages. Since it was the time for check in yet, the manageress arranged the shuttle service to send us to Kazurabashi Bridge & came back to convey us to the bus stop for Oboke Gorge Boat Ride after a hour. It really helped us to save lots of time so that we can spend more time to enjoy the natural onsen and the beautiful scenery in the hotel. The food of the dinner is so so but the Manageress approached each table to express her gratitude to the customer made us feel respected. The hotel also provided a night tour to Kazurabashi Bridge & Biwa Waterfall. The driver was so nice & professional to take beautiful photos for us. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay in this hotel.

雖然旅館有點舊，但吸引我入住的原因是因為它們有特別的露天風吕和炭爐邊料理。想要乘坐登山單軌車才可享受露天風呂和足浴的人值得一試！

原來此酒店就在藤蔓橋附近，只五分鐘車程。最貼心是晚上酒店提供免費車載客人到藤蔓橋及琵琶瀑布探索夜景。 最特別是酒店的露天溫泉設在半山上，客人要乘搭纜車前往。在半山上一邊浸溫泉，一邊欣賞山上的雪景，真的享受休閒樂!

傳統日式温泉酒店, 酒店職員態度熱誠有禮: 前枱職員熱心介紹附近景點, 餐廳工作人員,耐心介紹
各種餐點, 去完蔓橋再回酒店,行李已送入房中, 並有職員介紹房間設施, 到 check out 時,雖然我們祇乘公巴,但仍有職員送我們上車,很窩心!
酒店設計有䌫車上天空溫泉,又有乘古董旅遊車夜遊蔓橋行程,雖得 幾分鐘拍照時間,
是難得體驗, 讚!
唯交通不大方便, 没有自駕遊往祖谷地區, 真的令人很苦惱

員工親切有禮，坐巴士到酒店門口便立即有員工上前送接，我們一家得到很好的服務，晚餐很有特色，可以吃到當地的名物，坐小型纜車到山上浸温泉是難忘的體驗。酒店有提供接送到蔓橋遊覽服務，感覺貼心。

酒店貴因為有私家小纜車，包起山上溫泉，秋天一定非常美麗。
早，晚餐不算出息。晚餐時，女經理高歌一曲歡迎客人。酒店上下都有禮貌而且主動幫忙。
