I was here for 2 days transit in Tokyo. The hotel room is clean and fully equipped. I have heard that hotel rooms in Tokyo are very small, but the standard double room I stayed in was not as cramped as I feared. The back garden view is so beautiful, the staff is cute and attentive. The free shuttle bus to the airport saves a lot of money, and there is also a family mart right in the hotel lobby, open for almost 24 hours. Really a good choice for the price range.

I appreciate that there was a free shuttle directly from the airport to Mystay Hotel. Not much near the hotel but you have more option closer to the station and the airport. The only thing that was disappointing is the fact that the room is much smaller than I expected.

Our room was a good size and well appointed with convenient amenities that were very good quality. The dining stayed open late enough for a meal and there was a convenience store inside which was wonderful. The baths, pool, and gym all closed very early which was disappointing.

Our stay was nice as always..we have been staying and preferring Mystays Premier Narita for years, the hotel has the amenities we need the rooms are spacious and comfortable, the staff were always nice, love the family mart inside the hotel. On this stay we had to call since the ac was nit cold, the staff came up to check and switched us to another room, they were helpful but the second room the ac was still not cold. We didn't do anything else and understood that the temperature outside was so hot it probably was too much for the ac to keep up, or the ac system was just too old for big rooms and need maintenance/update. One other thing is the spa/hot bath hours was not convenient, 1500-2200 if it open till midnight and as well for a few hours in the morning, we would love to use the spa but by the time we got back from our outings it was to late

Staff is everything and Steven who I've known for many years is an excellent manager - he's wonderful with guests and very knowledgeable. A shout-out to Sylvain too! The MyStays is the old Tokyu, and it's as good as ever - clean, good restaurant, reliable van, crew restaurant on the lower floor, pretty garden, convenient to NRT airport. It's a good choice all around.
